ABSTRAK

Penggunaan komik strip sebagai media penyampai pesan dan informasi


telah banyak digunakan. Pesan atau ajakan tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam
berbagai media yang sangat mudah untuk di akses di era digital seperti sekarang.
Tema yang penulis angkat dalam komik strip ini adalah perancangan komik strip
digital bertema pernikahan sebagai media promosi perusahaan Katsudoto. Hal ini
dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memasarkan perusahaan Katsudoto melalui media
yang edukatif dan dapat memberi dampak positif kepada para audience. Metode
yang digunakan dalam pembuatan komik strip ini adalah dengan dengan
melakukan observasi dan riset melalui berbagai macam media baca seperti
artikel, sosial media, koran, dan media media informasi lainnya. Lalu, komik strip
yang telah selesai ini hasilnya akan berbentuk gambar atau JPG yang ditampilkan
di sosial media Katsudoto agar dapat di lihat dan di akses oleh banyak orang.

ABSTRACT

The use of digital comic strip as a medium for conveying messages and
information has been widely used. The messages or invitations can be applied in
various media which are very easy to access in the digital era these days. The
theme that the author raises in this digital comic strip is about designing a
wedding themed digital comic strip as a promotional media for the Katsudoto
company. This action was done with the aim of marketing the Katsudoto company
through educational media so that it would have a positive impact on the
audience as well. The method that was used in making this digital comic strip is
by conducting observation and research through various reading media such as
articles, social media, newspapers, and other information media. Then, the
finished digital comic strip will be converted in a picture (JPG) format that will
be displayed on various Katsudoto's social media so that it would be seen widely
and easier for many people to access.
