PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP PERUBAHAN TFU PADA IBU POST

SC ERACS DI RSIA KENDANGSARI

Ibu post SC sulit untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini karena merasa takut. Ketidaktahuan
ibu mengenai mobilisasi dini adalah salah satu penyebab ibu tidak mau melakukan mobilisasi
dini. Saat ini metode yang paling banyak digunakan adalah SC ERACS karena dapat
mempercepat proses mobilisasi dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh
mobilisasi dini terhadap perubahan TFU pada ibu post SC ERACS di RSIA Kendangsari.
Jenis penelitian adalah experimental dengan rancangan penelitian quasy experimental
dengan pretest posttest with control group design. Populasi berjumlah 50 ibu post SC dengan
sampel sebanyak 25 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive sampling.
Pengambilan data mobilisasi dini dan percepatan penurunan TFU menggunakan lembar
observasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Mann-Whitney.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya responden kelompok intervensi
percepatan penurunan tinggi fundus uteri cepat yaitu 48 responden (96%) dan sebagian besar
responden kelompok kontrol percepatan penurunan tinggi fundus uteri lambat yaitu 44
responden (88%). Uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan nilai p=0,000.
Ada pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap percepatan penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada
ibu post sc ERACS hari pertama dan kedua di ruang rawat inap RSIA Kendangsari Surabaya.

THE EFFECT OF EARLY MOBILIZATION ON TFU CHANGES IN POST SC

ERACS MOTHERS AT RSIA KENDANGSARI SURABAYA

Post Sectio mother has difficult to do early mobilization due to the scarring. Miss
understanding of mother about early mobilization is one of the cause that mother doesn’t want
to do early mobilization. The purpose of this research is knowing the influence of early
mobilization of TFU changes in post SC ERACS mothers at RSIA Kendangsari Surabaya
The type of research is experimental with a design of research quasy experimentalwith
pretest posttest with control group design. Population has result 50 of post partum mother with
samples consists of 25 respondents. The sampling technic used purposive sampling. The data
of early mobilization was taken and the decline acceleration used observation sheet. The technic
ofanalysis data used statistic test Man-Whitney.
The result of this research shows that almost the whole of respondents of intervension
communities of the decline acceleration of uterus fundus heigh is fast about 48 respondents
(96%), and a great half of control communities respondents shows the decline acceleration of
uterus fundus heigh is slow about 44 respondents (88%). The Man-Whitney test got the mark
p=0,000.
Herewith there is an influence of early mobilization towords the decline acceleration
of uterus fundus heigh to post sectio ERACS mother at the 1st and 2nd day in the inpatient
room of RSIA Kendangsari Surabaya.
