 Transaksi diatas Rp 250.000,- s/d Rp 1.000.000,- menggunakan materai 3000.
 Transaksi diatas Rp 1.000.000,- menggunakan materai 6000

- Pada proposal kegiatan dicantumkan penggunaan dana untuk mamiri dan
mamirat.
- Untuk mamiri maksimal Rp 8000,- dan untuk mamirat maksimal Rp 20.000,-
- Untuk daftar hadir di isi hari / tanggal, jam, tempat dan acara .
- Daftar hadir diisi sebanyak jumlah yang tertera pada kasbon.
- Daftar hadir ditanda-tangani oleh kasubbag. Kemahasiswaan, nama dan
distempel fakultas.
