 CONTAINER INSPECTION PROCEDURE

• Security will receive confirmation about arrival the container

• If container already come, security on duty should be inspected the con
tainer which will be used to export or import. Secrity must be inspecting
with 7 point point which mentioned as below :
• 1. Front wall.
• 2. Left side wall.
• 3. Right side wall.
• 4. Base of container.
• 5. Gate from inside and outside.
• 6. Outside and Inside door.
• 7. Key and all hooks.
• After finished inspect of container and there is nothing have problem, th
an security should recorded to journal security book or 7 point form.
• If found some suspicious or container condition it’s not relevan, than se
curity must be report to Finishing Chief or Warehouse Chief, which will c
ontinue to shipping dept and than to trucking company.
• If found some problem which cann’t handle by security officer, and than
could be report to police dept. if necessary.

 PROSEDUR INSPEK/CEK KONTAINER

• Security menerima laporan akan ada kedatangan kontainer.

• Apabila kontainer sudah datang, maka petugas security harus mengecek kontainer
yang akan digunakan untuk export atau import. Petugas security harus mengguna
kan 7 point untuk mengecek kontainer tersebut, yaitu sbb:
• 1. Dinding depan.
• 2. Dinding sebelah kiri.
• 3. Dinding sebelah kanan.
• 4. Lantai kontainer.
• 5. Atap kontainer.
• 6. Pintu bagian luar dan dalam.
• 7. Kunci dan semua pengait.
• Setelah mengecek selesai dan tidak ada masalah, maka dilakukan pencatatan pada
buku jurnal security atau form 7 point.
• Bila diketemukan hal-hal yang mencurigakan atau kondisi kontainer yang tidak w
ajar, maka security melapor kepada kepala Finishing atau Kepala Gudang, dan aka
n dilanjutkan kebagian Exim kemudian akan diteruskan keperusahaan trucking.
• Apabila terdapat masalah yang benar-benar tidak dapat diselesaikan maka security
melapor kepada phak kepolisian setempat bila perlu.
