 LATAR BELAKANG

Kue pastel merupakan salah satu makanan ringan biasa dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat
Indonesia. Pastel memiliki kandungan energi sebesar 208 kalori, karbohidrat 31,4, protein
5,2 gram dan zat besi sebanyak 0,1 miligram. Kue pastel juga mengandung vitamin A,
vitamin B dan vitamin C. Jadi kue pastel sangat baik untuk dikonsumsi setiap hari.
Sebelum menjalankan usaha kue pastel ini, langkah pertama yang harus perhatikan adalah
perencanaan usaha yang matang, selain juga didukung dengan kemampuan terutama
dalam hal pembuatan kue pastel agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
Meskipun pastel merupakan jajanan pasar yang sangat sederhana usaha ini bisa
dikatakan sebagai usaha yang sangat menggiurkan. Dewasa ini sudah marak masuknya
masakan internasional namun hal itu tidak dapat menggeserkan makanan yang berasal dari
Indonesia, meskipun banyak makanan barat yang masuk di Indonesia kue pastel ini tetap
mendapat hati di masyarakat Indonesia.
