1. Segmentasi konsumen/pasar (Customer/market segmentation)

Target pelanggan atau pasar yang disasar oleh pemilik bisnis ini adalah anak-anak, remaja
hingga dewasa yang berusia 10 sampai 50 tahun. Target pasar tersebut berasal dari berbagai
kalangan, antara lain:

- Masyarakat lokal
- Masyarakat luar daerah
- Wisatawan asing

2. Proposisi Nilai (Value Propotition)

Desa wisata kungkuk menjual berbagai jenis hasil pertanian, yaitu jeruk, sayur mayur dan bunga.

Desa wisata kungkuk juga menyediakan paket wisata yang menarik dan beragam, yang terdiri dari 1)
wisata edukasi bisnis, 2) wisata edukasi pertanian, 3) wisata petik buah apel, jeruk, dan bunga mawar, 4)
wisata perah susu dan ternak hewan kelinci, 5) penyediaan homestay, 6) wisata ronda malam, 7) wisata
berkuda, 8) wisata outbound dan camping, 9) wisata seni Tari Bambu Gila, Tari Santar, dan Kuda
Lumping.

Dan juga fasilitas homestay dengan peningkatan kualitas dan ragam fasilitas homestay seperti mesin
pemanas air untuk mandi, ruang keluarga, kamar yang memadai yang terstandar dan memenuhi kebutuhan
dasar wisatawan.
