Pendahuluan
Survei diet atau penilaian konsumsi makanan  metode yang digunakan dalam
penentuan status gizi perorangan atau kelompok

Dalam penilaian konsumsi makanan (survei dietetik) banyak terjadi bias tentang
hasil yang diperoleh, dikarenakan :
● ketidaksesuaian dalam menggunakan alat ukur
● waktu pengumpulan data yang tidak tepat
● instrumen tidak sesuai dengan tujuan
● ketelitian alat timbang makanan
● kemampuan petugas pengumpulan data, daya ingat responden, daftar
komposisi makanan yang digunakan tidak sesuai
● interpretasi hasil yang kurang tepat.
Pendahuluan
Data konsumsi makanan  salah satu metode penentuan status gizi
Namun :
Konsumsi makanan tidak dapat menentukan status gizi secara langsung

Hasil survei hanya dapat digunakan sebagi bukti awal akan kemungkinan
terjadinya kekurangan gizi pada seseorang

Status gizi  hasil akhir dari keseimbangan antara makanan yang masuk ke
dalam tubuh (nutrient input) dengan kebutuhan tubuh (nutrient output)

2.1 Metode Kualitatif
 Untuk memperoleh data atau informasi mengenai pola konsumsi
pangan, kebiasaan makan termasuk makanan pantangan.

Data-data yang perlu dikumpulkan meliputi:


● Jenis pangan yang dikonsumsi,
● Frekuensi konsumsi masing-masing
● Jenis pangan, asal atau dari mana diperolehnya
● Cara penyimpanan
● Penyiapan dan pemasakan makanan
2.1 Metode Kualitatif
Metode-metode pengukuran konsumsi makanan bersifat kualitatif
antara lain:
