SB 4 (Source Bacteria 4) dari kata Source artinya sumber, Bacteria artinya bakteri. Bisa
diartikan 4 sumber bakteri.
adalah salah satu produk dari siswa - siswi SMK Ibnu Sina Genteng,
Yang diproses dari bahan-bahan pasca panen dan buah-buahan londot yang memiliki
berbagai manfaat atau kegunaan dengan memanfaatkan proses fermentasi dengan tujuan
menghasilkan bakteri-bakteri menguntungkan yang ada didalamnya dan dapat berkembang
baik dengan menyesuaikan di lingkungan tempat obat ini diaplikasikan.

1. Pemilihan bahan.
2. Pengupasan dan Pengecilan ukuran.

Pilih nangka,pisang,nanas yang belum
terlalu busuk.
Susu segar,dan gula merah dan tetes
tebu dalam keadaan bagus.
Air kelapa dan air leri belum dalam
keadan asam.
2. Pengupasan dan Pengecilan ukuran.

Kupas kulit dari daging buah bahan seperti

nangka, pisang dan nanas.
Kemudian potong daging buah nangka, pisang,
nanas dan gula merah sekecil mungkin agar
mempermudah pada saat proses
penghalusan/pemblenderan.
Taruh pada bahan yang sudah dikecilkan di
masing-masing wadah.
3. Penghalusan.
o Pada proses ini bahan seperti
nangka,pisan,nanas dan gula merah
dihaluskan secara bergantian dengan
ditambah air leri sedikit menggunkan
blender.
o Bahan bahan sudah halus ditaruh di
wadah semula.
4. Pencampuran.

● Masukan bahan-bahan satu persatu kedalam

drum sedang.
● Pemasukan dimulai dari nangka, pisang,dan
nanas.
● Kemudian gula merah, air leri,air kelapa dan
tetes tebu.
● Untuk yang terakhir yang dimasukan adalah susu
murni.
5. Fermentasi.
● Setelah semua bahan tercampur selanjutnya adalah
proses fermentasi selama 3 hari smapai 7 hari.
● Pada proses fermentrasi ini dibantu oleh air rator
6. Pengemasan.

● Sebelum dikemas didalam botol terlebih dahulu

hasil fermentasi di saring untuk memisahkan
antara ampas dengan sari.
● Kemudian dikemas dalam botol 1 liter dan
ditambah gula merah 1 ons untuk SB 4 yang
perangsang nafsu makan.
● dan untuk yang pengurai pupuk organik
ditambah tetes tebu 1 ons
