ANALISA GAS DARAH

Dosen Pengampu : Renowati, M.Biomed

Analisa Gas Darah
• Analisagas darah adalah suatu pemeriksaan
untuk mengetahui tekanan gas
karbondioksida, oksigenasi, kadarbikarbonat, saturasioksige
n, dankeseimbanganasam-basa.
• Analisa gas darah adalah suatu tes diagnostik dimanadarah
diperoleh dari arteri secara langsung dengantusukan arteri
Pengambilan Sample

• Lokasi :
- Arteri Brakialis
- Arteri femoralis
- Arteri Radialis
- Tumit
• Sample yang digunakan : Darah arteri
• Tabung : Vacumtainer hijau
• Antikoagulan : Heparin
• Volume sample : 1-3 cc
• Parameter pemeriksaan :terdiri dari 2 kelompok
yaitu :
1. Parameter status asam basa
- pH
- HCO³
- BE
2. Parameter status oksigenisasi
- PCO²
- PO²
- SaO²

• Indikasi Analisa Gas Darah

Analisa gas darah dilakukan untuk mengetahui bila
darah terlalu asam (asidosis) atau bas (alkalosis),
serta untuk mengetahui apakah tekanan oksigen
dalam darah terlalu rendah atau tekanan karbon
dioksida terlalu tinggi.
Kondisi diatas dapat digunakan sebagai dasar
diagnosis penyakit yang berkaitan dengan sistem
metabolisme tubuh atau sistem pernapasan.
penyakit-penyakit tersebut yaitu :
-gagal napas
- asma
- penyakit paru
- pneumonia
- gagal hati
- gagal jantung
Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, setelah
melakukan pengambilan sample pada pasien darah
harus diperiksa dalam waktu 10 menit setelah darah
diambil.
• Hasil analilis gas darah
- Asam basa ( pH) di ukur dengan melihat jumlah
ion hidrogen dalam darah.
- Saturasi oksigen diukur dengan melihat jumlah
oksigen yang dibawa oleh hemoglobin di dalam sel
darah merah
- Tekanan parsial oksigen diukur berdasarkan
tekanan oksigen yang larut di dalam darah.
-Tekanan parsial karbon dioksida diukur dengan
melihat tekanan karbon dioksida yang larut dalam
darah.
- bikarbonat adalah zat kimia penyeimbang yang
mencegah pH darah menjadi terlalu asam atau
terlalu basa.
Nilai normal
-pH darah : 7,38-7,42
- Tingikat penyerapan oksigen (SaO2) : 94-100 %
- Tekanan parsial oksigen (PaO2) : 75-100 mmHg
- Tekanan parsial karbon dioksida (PaCO2) : 38-42
mmHg
- Bikarbonat (HCO3) : 22-28 mEq/L
Nilai abnormal
- pH darah : <7,38
- Tingikat penyerapan oksigen (SaO2) : <94 %
- Tekanan parsial oksigen (PaO2) : < 75 atau >100
mmHg
- Tekanan parsial karbon dioksida (PaCO2) : < 38
atau > 42 mmHg
- Bikarbonat (HCO3) : < 22 atau > 28 mEq/L

Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun and the
smallest one in the Solar System—it’s only a bit
larger than our Moon. The planet’s name has
nothing to do with the liquid metal since it was
named after the Roman messenger god, Mercury
