Manajemen koperasi pada hakekatnya adalah penerapan ilmu manajemen di koperasi
dimana orang-orang yang diberi wewenang dan tanggungjawab melaksanakan proses
perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengendalian sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh koperasi
untuk mencapai tujuan koperasi yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan berdasarkan nilai dan
prinsip-prinsip koperasi.
