 Kewajiban Warga Negara Menurut UUD 1945

Kewajiban sebagai warga negara dapat diartikan sebagai segala sesuatu

yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang warga negara dengan penuh
tanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
kewajiban sebagai warga negara berbeda dari kewajiban asasi, yaitu
sebagai kewajiban dasar yang dimiliki setiap orang. Kewajiban warga
negara serupa dengan hak warga negara, juga dibatasi oleh
kewarganegaraan orang tersebut.
 Kewajiban Warga Negara menurut UUD 1945
Pasal 27 ayat (1) UUD 1945
Wajib menaati hukum dan
pemerintahan. Segala warga negara
bersamaan kedudukannya di dalam
hukum dan pemerintahan dan wajib
menjunjung hukum dan pemerintahan
itu dengan tidak ada kecualinya.
Pasal 28J ayat 1
Wajib menghormati hak asasi manusia
orang lain. Setiap orang wajib
menghormati hak asai manusia orang
lain.
Pasal 27 ayat (3) UUD 1945
Wajib ikut serta dalam upaya
pembelaan negara. Setiap warga
negara berhak dan wajib ikut serta

Wajib tunduk kepada pembatasan yang ditetapkan dengan
undang-undang“Dalam menjalankan hak dan
kebebasannya,setiap orang wajib tunduk kepada
pembatasan yang ditetapkan dengan undang-undang
dengan maksud untuk menjamin pengakuan serta
penghormatan atas hak kebebasan orang lain dan untuk
memenuhi tuntutan yang adil sesuai dengan pertimbangan
moral, nilai-nilai agama, keamanan, dan ketertiban umum
dalam suatu masyarakat demokratis.”

Pasal 30 ayat (1) UUD

1945.
Wajib ikut serta dalam usaha
pertahanan dan keamanan
negara. Tiap-tiap warga negara 05
berhak dan wajib ikut serta
dalam usaha pertahanan dan
keamanan negara.
06 Pasal 31 ayat 2
Setiap warga negara wajib mengikuti
pendidikan dasar dan pemerintah
wajib membiayainya.
 Contoh kewajiban Warga Negara dalam UUD 1945 :
