1). Procedure text is a that explains or helps us how to make or use something.

2). Social function :

To describe how something is completely done through a squence of steps.

Penggunaan procedure text:

-To explain how to use instruction. Contohnya: how to use the video, the computer dll.
- To instruct how to do a particular activity. Contohnya: recipes, rules for game dll.
- To give tips. Contohnya: how to live happy, how to succeed dll.

3). Structure: susunan paragraf dalam membuat procedure text.

-goal/purpose : menjelaskan tujuan dari menulis procedure text bisa digunakan sebagai judul.

-material/tools : menjelaskan bahan-bahan atau peralatan yang dibutuhkan.

-steps/methods : langkah-langkah atau proses dalam melakukan sesuatu.

4). Language feature (unsur kebahasaan)

-Use adverb of sequence: kata hubung yang menunjukkan urutan. Contohnya: first, second, thrid, the last,
etc.
-Use imperative sentence: kalimat perintah. Menggunakan “verb 1”. Contohnya: put the noodles on, cut
the onion, pour the milk, etc.
- Use action verbs: kata kerja yang menunjukkan tindakan. Contohnya: make, take,boil,cook,etc.
