ASURANSI JIWA

Asuransi jiwa merupakan perjanjian antara

dua pihak atau lebih,dengan pihak
penanggung mengikatkan diri kepada
tertanggung, dengan menerima asuransi,
untuk memberikan penggantian kepada
tertanggung karena kerugian, kerusakan
atau kehilangan keuntungan yang
diharapkan, atau tanggung jawab hukum
kepada pihak ketiga yang mungkin akan
diderita tertanggung, yang timbul dari
suatu peristiwa yang tidak pasti, atau
untuk memberikan suatu pembayaran
yang didasarkan atas meninggal atau
hidupnya seseorang yang
dipertanggung kan.
Asuransi Jiwa merupakan perjanjian

mengikat diri kepada tertanggun g
dengan menerima premi untuk
melakukan pembayara n berdasarka n
meninggal atau hidupnya seseorang
yang diasuransi kan.
EVENEMEN

Dalam asuransi jiwa, arti bahaya yang

dimaksud adalah meninggalnya orang yang
jiwanya diasuransikan. Meninggalnya
seseorang merupakan hal yang sudah pasti,
namun waktu meninggalnya seseorang
merupakan hal yang sudah pasti, namun
waktu meninggalnya seseorang tidak dapat
dipastikan. Inilah yang disebut peristiwa
tidak pasti (evenemen) dalam asuransi jiwa.
Evenemen ini hanya satu, yaitu
ketidakpastian kapan meninggalnya
seseorang ssebagai salah satu unsur yang
dinyatakan dalam definisi asuransi jiwa.
 01 Evenemen Terjadi
Meninggalnya tertanggung adalah satu-satunya
evenemen dalam asuransi jiwa yang menjadi beban
penanggung.

Dalam asuransi jiwa, evenemen tidak selalu terjadi
bahkan hingga berakhirnya jangka waktu asuransi

Menurut ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Pasal 30ti KUHD:
Apabila orang yang diasuransikan jiwanya ketika diadakan
asuransi ternyata sudah meninggal, maka asuransinya
gugur, meskipun tertanggung tidak mengetahui kematian
tersebut, kecuali jika diperjanjikan lain.

04 Asuransi Dibatalkan
Asuransi jiwa dapat berakhir jika dilakukan
pembatalan sebelum jangka waktu berakhir.
