Apa Itu Cost Control? Mengutip dari

Investopedia, cost control adalah sebuah
upaya untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi
pengeluaran bisnis supaya meningkatkan
profit. Sehingga, hal ini biasanya dilakukan
setelah melakukan proses budgeting.
PART 02 Apa Tugas COST CONTR
 Tugas Cost Control
Merencanakan dan mengatur persediaan
produk setiap bulan. Memastikan segala
kebijakan yang terkait cost control diterapkan
dengan baik. Memeriksa setiap persediaan
produk disertai bukti dokumen. Memastikan
segala transaksi sesuai dengan dokumen yang
ada.
 Cost control engineer merupakan salah
satu bidang dengan prospek kerja yang cerah.
Cost control engineer bertugas mengendalikan
seluruh faktor yang ada di dalam pabrik. Tak
hanya itu, mereka yang bekerja sebagai cost
control engineer juga mengendalikan faktor-
faktor pekerjaan
Tugas Cost Control
- Membuat, melaksanakan, dan mengatur persediaan setiap
bulan.
- Memastikan setiap kebijakan dan prosedur cost control bisa
diterapkan dengan baik oleh seluruh departemen.
- Memantau dan memeriksa seluruh hasil perhitungan
persediaan sudah sesuai dengan dukungan bukti dan
dokumen yang ada.
-Memeriksa dan memastikan setiap transaksi dengan benar,
khususnya transaksi pembelian atau pengeluaran
perusahaan.
Tanggung Jawab Cost Control
-Mengawasi arus masuk dan keluar barang, menyimpan, dan
juga menerima barang.
-Bekerjasama dengan bagian pembelian atau bisa
mendapatkan informasi terkait aktivitas pembelian, harga
barang, hingga penerimaan barang.
-Memantau dan memeriksa order pembelian perusahaan
-Membuat laporan biaya setiap hari
-Membuat laporan bulanan dan persediaan atas seluruh
barang yang ada

 Project Control kerjanya apa?
Pada umumnya, tugas Project Control adalah
melakukan penyusunan laporan akhir proyek yang
mana isinya mengenai performa kerja yang sudah
berhasil dicapai. Ia juga akan melakukan
perbandingan sebelum dimulainya proyek serta akan
menyampaikan analisa yang sudah dilakukan.
 Tujuan dari PROJECT
PART 05 CONTROL
 Project Control bertujuan untuk
memberikan informasi status suatu
proyek secara rutin sehingga setiap
orang dapat membuat tindakan di saat
trend proyek menunjukkan hal yang
negatif.
