Pengembangan Primagama kedepan menawarkan program kemitraan dengan system kerjasama waralaba atau franchise dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut : 1. Royalty fee sebesar 10% dari gross (cash-in brutto) setiap bulan. Membayar biaya survey sebesar Rp. 2.000.000,- (dua juta rupiah) untuk pulau Jawa dan Rp 3.000.000,- (tiga juta rupiah) untuk luar pulau Jawa. Franchise sanggup menyediakan tempat representatif di lokasi strategis dengan memiliki minimal 6 ruang kelas (ukuran @ 20 m2) dan beberapa ruang pendukung operasional lainnya seperti front office, ruang administrasi, ruang pengajar dll. Franchisee sanggup menyediakan dana modal kerja yang cukup untuk biaya pengoperasian outlet dimaksud minimal untuk 6 bulan pertama. Pengoperasian Primagama outlet franchise diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada franchisee, tetapi dengan standard pelayanan Primagama. Primagama akan memberikan SOP (Standar Operating Procedure) sebagai pedoman operasionalisasi. Untuk satu tahun pertama (atas permintaan) kami dapat mensupport seorang Pimpinan Cabang atas biaya franchisee. Pembelian sarana siswa (modul belajar, dll) dapat dilakukan secara bertahap. Rekruitmen dan training SDM (karyawan dan tentor) dilakukan oleh franchisee dengan dibantu dari Primagama atas biaya franchisee. Primagama mendukung pemasaran secara periodik melalui above the line media (iklan dan acara televisi, surat kabar, majalah dan tabloid nasional) serta perencanaan kegiatan pemasaran lokal dengan event dan media lokal. Jarak antar outlet minimal 4 km dan harus dibuktikan melalui survey lokasi sertai dibuat berita acara survey.
