) merupakan pemahaman dan kefasihan dalammelakukan tugas tertentu. Keahlian teknis
mencakup penguasaan metode,teknik, dan peralatan yang digunakan didalam fungsi tertentu,
sepertirekayasa, manufaktur, atau keuangan. Keahlian teknis juga mencakuppengetahuan
khusus, kemampuan analisa, dan penggunaan alat dan teknikyang tepat untuk menyelesaikan
masalah dalam bidang disiplin ilmutertentu. Secara khusus keahlian teknis ini penting pada
tingkatan organisasiyang lebih rendah.Banyak manajer mendapat promosi atas pekerjaan
manajemen pertamanyakarena memiliki keahlian teknis yang baik. Namun demikian, keahlian
teknismenjadi tidak terlalu penting bila dibandingkan dengan keahlian manusiadan konseptual
seiring dengan peningkatan manajer keatas hirarki

practice and learning. For example, an individual who possesses a particular proficiency or skill
set, such as excellent computer coding skills, is a qualifying candidate for a computer or
technology company.
