Biarkan sampai tumbuh tunas kecil
Tutuplah cup A dengan plastik hitam setelah muncul tunas
Biarkan selama satu minggu
Amati kondisi tanaman pada cup A dan B setelah satu minggu
Catatan: pastikan kondisi media tanam tidak kering dan berikan lubang udara pada cup A
dengan cara menusuk plastic kresek dengan jarum/ gunting.
