Sehingga menjadi alternatif peralihan.
ABSTRACT
The use of forest wood as construction material, especially piles, opens an opportunities for illegal loggers to
market their products, the demand for which is quite large but damaging to the environment. From construction
management point of view, forest wood is a natural product that is barely processed, only cleaned from branches
and used immediately. By comparing the implementation method based on the stakes in terms of cost and time and
of course each method has its own suitability in terms of alternatives to wooden-pile. Method that will be studied
from the design method of piling is to use Drop Hammer Rig at 500 Kg and 1 Ton, Hydraulic Crawler Post Driver
at 6500 Kg and Tripod at 250 Kg in terms of schedule and cost with case studies of houses type 36, type 150 and
shop houses with 2 levels. From the results of the calculation of the cost and productivity of tools and time for each
case study, it is concluded that the use of precast piles of 10x10 cm and 15x15 cm with a square cross section can
replace forest logs in terms of cost, time and method of implementation. So that it becomes a transitional
alternative.
