D: maaf nama ibu siapa jika boleh saya tahu?

“Could you please tell me your first and last name ?”

P: nama saya Rita Soeseno

“My name is Rita Soeseno”

D: ibu bekerja sebagai apa ?

“What do you do for a living, mam ?”

P: ibu rumah tangga

“I am a housewife doc”

D: usia ibu berapa sekarang ?

“How old are you ?”

P: 54 tahun dokter

“54 years old doc”

D: apakah ibu sudah berkeluarga?

“Have you married yet ?”

P: saya sudah menikah tapi belum memiliki anak dokter

“Yes iam married, but no kids”

D: apa yang bisa saya bantu ibu?

“Now, Mr Davis, what can I do for you ?”

P: selamat pagi dokter, saya hari ini rencana control penyakit saya, ini benjolan maaf payudara kiri saya terus
membesar

“Today I come here for check my problem doc, I have a lump on my left breast, and it keeps growing”

D: sejak kapan keluhan ini ibu rasakan?

“When did this problem start ?”

P: sejak 4 bulan yang lalu

“I just find out about 4 months ago doc”

D;; sudah berapa lama keluhan itu berlangsung?

“How long have you had this problem ?”

D: di payudara kiri sebelah mana bu?

 “Where exactly the lump location mam?”

P: payudara kiri dekat dengan putting dok

“The lump actualy near the nipple”

D: seberapa besar benjolan yang ada di payudara ibu?

“Can you describe size of the lump right now mam ?”

P: 4 bulan lalu hanya 1 cm, tapi sekarang sudah sekitar 4 cm, dan kulit diatasnya seperti kulit jeruk dan
menghitam

“4 months ago it just 1 cm, but right now its about 4 cm, and the skin on it became darker and like
orange skin doc”

D: apakah benjolan sempat mengecil? Atau bertambah besar?

“Is there anything that makes this problem worse ?”

P: terus membesar dokter

“Yes doc, the lump just keep growing”

D: apakah ada keluhan lain selain benjolan ini?

“Is there anything else, or just only the lump?”

P: ada dokter, berat badan saya turun, dan terasa gatal serta terbakar di atas benjolan tersebut

“Yes, my weight decreased, 4 months ago 55 kg, but right now only 45 kg. and it feel itchy dan burn
on the lump”

D: apakah rasa nyerinya menyebar ke daerah lain ?

“Does the pain radiate to any part of your body?”

P: tidak dokter

“No it is not, doc”

D: apakah ada keluhan serupa sebelumnya yang ibu alami ?

“Have you had any similar problems like the one that brought you in today ?”
P: tidak dokter, ini pertama kali

“No, it is the first time I have “

D: apakah ibu sudah mencoba berobat sebelumnya?

“Do you have try to chacked it to the any hospital before you come here?”

P: iya pernah, dan saya pernah di operasi biopsy disana, dan hasilnya dikatakan kanker payudara

“Yes I have, and got biopsy procedure in one of hospital, and they said the result shown breast cancer”

D : apakah mendapat pengobatan di sana ?

“Are you taking any medications for this condition in that hospital?”

P: tidak dokter, saya disarankan ke rumah sakit yang lebih besar untuk kemoterapi dan prosedur operasi lain

“No, I am not, they suggest me for come to the bigger hospital dan got chemotherapy and other
operation procedure.”
D:apakah ibu memliki keluhan Kesehatan lain saperti diabetes atau hipertensi sebelumnya, disamping keluhan
benjolan?
“Do you have any current health problems, things such as diabetes or high blood pressure, beside the
lump problem?”
P: iya dokter, tekanan darah saya agak tinggi sekitar 140/100 mmhg
“Yes I have, my blood preasure high doc, about 140/100 mmhg”

D : apakah sudah di obati ? apa saja dan berapa dosis yang diberikan

“Are you taking any medications for this condition ? if yes Can you tell me the name of the
medications ?”

P : Sudah dokter, saya mendapat amlodipine 1 x 10 mg

“They give me amlodipine, and I took 10 mg once a day”

D: apakah di keluarga ada masalah mengenai Kesehatan?

“Do your familys have any health problem?”

P: ibu saya meninggal karena kanker payudara juga dokter

“My mother died with breast cancer to doctor”

D : saya turut prihatin mendengarnya,

“I’m sorry to hear that “

D: apakah ibu merokok?

“do you smoke ?”

P: tidak dokter

“No I don’t doc”

D: baik, sekarang kita akan melanjutkan dengan pemeriksaa fisik, dan pemeriksaan penunjang sesuai dengan
kondisi ibu, kemudian akan ditentukan rencana terapi ibu

“Ok, now what we do is physical examination, and then other test based on your condition before we
know about your medications or procedure for you”
