8 Uji operasi Emergency Brake dan Retarder (tahan engine stall pada 1200 RPM )

9 Uji operasi dari Parking Brake dan Service Brake (tahan engine stall pada 1200 RPM )

WASHING
1 Parkir unit yang akan di cuci pada permukaan yang rata

2 Pasang Parking Brake & dan pastikan Transmission lever pada posisi netral

3 Matikan Engine dan posisikan switch baterai utama pada posisi OFF

4 Pasang ganjal ban di depan dan belakang

5 Pasang tanda bahaya pribadi dan kartu tanda Out Off Service

6 Cuci unit sebersih mungkin

- Perhatikan anggota tubuh, jauhkan dari titik jepit.
(Pay attention to your body, away from the pinch point)

1. Lakukan pengukuran jarak antara tepi sisi dalam walkway dan Frame.
(Measure the distance between the edges of the sides in the walkway and frame).
2. Lakukan pengukuran untuk 2 posisi, A (roda menapak tanah) dan B (roda diangkat).
(Take measurements for 2 positions, A (wheels tread the ground) and B (wheels lifted)).
3. Lakukan pengukuran pada titik referensi yang sama dan sebisa mungkin dengan pada center Tandem Oscilation Joint.
(Take measurements at the same reference point and as much as possible with the center Tandem oscilation Joint).
4. Catat hasil pengukuran.
(Record the measurement results).
5. Jika perbedaan hasil pengukuran A dan B mencapai 7 mm atau lebih, segera schedulekan rebuild.
(If the difference in measurement results A and B reaches 7 mm or more, immediately schedule rebuild).
