This announcement is an update of the
previous announcement No. 003 / MAGMA
/ IV / 22 which was issued on 5 April 2022,
related to the health protocol for the
prevention and control of COVID-19 risk in
the Magma Project.
All Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors
and all parties working on the Magma Project
are required to comply with the following
rules:
1. Since 1 July 2022, a rule has been enacted
that all personnel working in construction
areas must have received the full 3rd dose
of vaccination.
For personnel who cannot meet these
requirements, they must perform a PCR
test before entering the construction area
for the first time with a validity period of
3x24 hours from the date the sample was
taken. If the personnel will continue to
work in the construction area for a
duration of more than 1 month, then the
person concerned must carry out an
antigen test once a month.
2. The prohibition of using air, sea and train
transportation for inter-city travel is
hereby lifted. Workers traveling from

Pengumuman ini merupakan pembaharuan
atas pengumuman No. 003 / MAGMA / IV /
22 yang telah dikeluarkan sebelumnya pada 5
April 2022 yang lalu, terkait dengan protokol
kesehatan untuk pencegahan dan
pengendalian resiko COVID-19 di Proyek
Magma.
Seluruh Kontraktor, Subkontraktor, Vendor
dan semua pihak yang bekerja pada Proyek
Magma diwajibkan untuk mematuhi
peraturan berikut:
1. Sejak 1 Juli 2022 yang lalu telah
diberlakukan aturan bahwa semua
personil yang bekerja di area konstruksi
harus sudah mendapatkan vaksinasi
penuh dosis ke-3.
Untuk personil yang tidak dapat
memenuhi persyaratan ini, maka harus
melakukan PCR test sebelum masuk ke
area konstruksi untuk pertama kali nya
dengan masa berlaku 3x24 jam sejak
tanggal sample diambil. Jika personil
tersebut akan terus bekerja di area
konstruksi untuk durasi lebih dari 1 bulan,
maka yang bersangkutan harus
melakukan antigen test 1 bulan sekali.
2. Larangan menggunakan transportasi
udara, laut dan kereta api untuk perjalanan
antar kota, dengan ini dicabut. Pekerja

3. Routine antigen swab test program for all
construction workers once a month, is
hereby revoked.
Workers are still required to fill out a
covid screening form the day before
work. If the score is more than 5, you
must do a PCR test before entering work
The daily COVID Patrol program must
continue. The HSE Manager and HSE
Officer of each area are responsible for
monitoring the physical condition of
workers regarding COVID-19 symptoms.
If a worker is found with symptoms of
COVID-19 such as cough, severe flu, and
high fever, the HSE Manager/HSE
Officer must ask the person concerned to
do a PCR test before the worker continues
his work.
4. The project security team is still obliged
to take body temperature measurements
for all workers and guests before entering
the construction area. People with fever
above 37.3oC are not allowed to enter,
unless they show a negative PCR test
result which is still valid for 3x24 hours
from the sample taken.
We ask all staff and workers to discipline the
5M protocol (wash hands with soap
regularly, wear mask covering the nose
properly, keep 1.5m distance, stay away from
crowds, and reduce traveling) in the project
area and in the mess.

yang melakukan perjalanan dari luar
wilayah Jawa Timur tidak lagi harus
melakukan tes PCR maupun antigen
3. Program tes swab antigent rutin untuk
seluruh pekerja konstruksi 1 bulan sekali,
dengan ini dicabut.
Pekerja tetap wajib mengisi form covid
screening sehari sebelum bekerja. Jika
score lebih dari 5, harus melakukan PCR
test sebelum masuk bekerja
Program Patroli COVID setiap hari harus
tetap dijalankan. HSE Manager dan HSE
Officer masing-masing area bertanggung
jawab memantau kondisi fisik pekerja
terkait gejala COVID-19. Jika ditemukan
pekerja yang bergejala COVID-19 seperti
batuk, flu berat, dan demam tinggi maka
HSE Manager/HSE Officer wajib
meminta yang bersangkutan melakukan
test PCR sebelum pekerja tersebut
melanjutkan pekerjaannya.
4. Tim Sekuriti proyek tetap berkewajiban
melakukan pengukuran suhu badan
terhadap semua pekerja dan tamu sebelum
memasuki area konstruksi. Orang dengan
demam di atas 37,3oC tidak diijinkan
masuk, kecuali menunjukkan hasil PCR
test negatif yang masih berlaku 3x24 jam
dari sample diambil.
Kami meminta kepada seluruh staff dan
pekerja agar tetap melanjutkan pola hidup
disiplin melakukan protokol 5M (mencuci
tangan dengan sabun secara rutin, memakai
masker menutupi hidung dengan benar,
menjaga jarak 1.5m, menjauhi kerumuman,
dan mengurangi berpergian) di area proyek
maupun di mess.
