• MILVIK Dokter is available for customers aged 18-65 years
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information is registered accurately, as
failure to do so may result in rejection of a consultation with a doctor consultation and additional
MILVIK Dokter’s benefits.
• Customers can consult MILVIK Dokter for any non-emergency medical problems or health
questions and medical consultation for any children under 2 years old.
• All personal data provided to PT. MILVIK Indonesia will be collected, handled, stored, and processed
according to MILVIK’s Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to
give your consent as required under our Privacy Policy.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum

• MILVIK Dokter dapat didaftarkan untuk pelanggan berusia 18-65 tahun.
• Pelanggan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa semua informasi pribadi diberikan secara
akurat, karena kegagalan untuk melakukannya dapat mengakibatkan penolakan terhadap konsultasi
dokter dan fitur-fitur Dokter MILVIK lainnya.
• Pelanggan hanya dapat berkonsultasi terkait masalah medis atau masalah kesehatan apa pun yang
bukan bersifat keadaan darurat dan konsultasi medis apa pun untuk anak di bawah 2 tahun.
• Semua data pribadi yang diberikan kepada PT. MILVIK Indonesia akan dikumpulkan, ditangani,
disimpan, dan diproses sesuai dengan Kebijakan Privasi MILVIK. Dengan menerima Syarat dan
Ketentuan ini, Anda setuju untuk memberikan izin sesuai yang dibutuhkan di bawah Kebijakan Privasi
kami.
