IPA PULO GADUNG pelanggan saat ini sebanyak 490.000 dengan cakupan layanan
Kapasitas 4.500 liter per detik
sebesar 72%.

IPA PULO GADUNG Aetra berkomitmen menjadi Perusahaan yang Ramah terhadap Lingkungan
pada 2 (dua) Area IPA yang dioperasikan. Aetra memahami dan
mengaplikasikan nilai konservasi lingkungan dengan pengelolaan limbah sisa
hasil produksi tersebut.

Sistem Pengolah Lumpur Decanter yang pertama dan terbesar di lingkungan

PDAM di Indonesia dengan melibatkan operasi mesin Decanter dengan berat
mencapai 7 ton dan menelan investasi hingga 30 milyar, dan telah beroperasi

 Decanter Centrifuge

Prinsip Kerja Decanter

Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengolahan lumpur
wujudnya seperti mangkok raksasa yang berputar dalam
kecepatan tinggi. Gaya sentrifugal ini menyebabkan
terjadinya pemisahan antara komponen padat dan air dalam
lumpur dengan kapasitas besar. Dioperasikan secara
otomatis dengan bantuan tenaga listrik dan bahan kimia.
Air bersih akan keluar di sisi kiri utk direcycle, solid ditarik
oleh shaft screw keluar di sisi kanan berupa cake lumpur >
20% solid content.
