A. Scenario
Assumed that while vessel sail at Java Sea , AB 3 looking two small craft going to close with own
vessel. After 10 minutes, then 15 minutes the small craft more close with our vessel. After OOW
looking with binocular, OOW looking some people bring hand gun.
Diasumsikan ketika kapal sedang berlayar di Laut Jawa, AB 3 melihat dua perahu kecil mendekat
dan bergerak mendekati kapal Setelah 10 menit, kemudian 15 menit kapal kecil tersebut semakin
mendekati kapal. Setelah perwira jaga melihat melalui teropong, perwira jaga melihat beberapa
orang membawa pistol.

Perwira jaga segera menghubungi nahkoda dan
nahkoda menyatakan latihan pembajakan
dimulai.
13:02 Master go on the bridge order to officer duty to YES Simulation
keep monitor and ringing of general alarm,
follow by public addressor master also order to
other crew for stand by at poop deck
(emergency station) with equip self defense a
waiting master instruction.
Nahkoda menuju keanjungan, memerintahkan
perwira jaga untuk terus memantau dan
membunyikan general alarm diikuti dengan
perintah semua crew berkumpul di Area darurat
dan mempersenjatai diri serta menunggu
perintah dari nahkoda.
13:05 Master ordered to all crew for prepared security YES Public Addressor in
wire & fire Hose gun. Divide the crew for guard good order
on the forecastle, poop deck & aft deck. Also
turn on search light for monitor the hijack boat.
Nahkoda memerintahkan kepada semua awak
kapal untuk menyiapkan kawat keamanan dan
dan selang pemadam. Membagi semua crew
untuk berjaga di forecastle, geladak utama, dan
buritan dan menyalakan lampu sorot untuk
memantau perahu pembajak.

Nahkoda memerintahkan kepada regu darurat
untuk memeriksa dan memonitor ruang cat dan
penyimpanan lainnya. Regu darurat melaporkan
bahwa penyimpanan cat dan lainnya dalam
keadaan terkunci dan tidak ada barang yang
tercuri.

Nahkoda melaporkan kepada “Orang keamanan
dalam perusahaan” Bpk. Amal Hilmana dan
melaporkan kejadian pembajakan tersebut
melalui telpon satelit. Telah melaksanakan
tindakan yang benar sesuai dengan Rencana
keamanan dari perusahaan yang termasuk
Perwira Keamanan melalui pelabuhan terdekat
untuk melaporkan.

Setelah kapal meletakan kawat keamanan dan
menyalakan lampu sorot, kapal kecil mulai
bergerak menjauh dari kapal. Nahkoda
memerintahkan latihan selesai, nahkoda
mengevaluasi dan menilai latihan keamanan
dan membandingkan dengan SSP, mendukung
awak kapal dan meningkatkan kepuasan pemilik
kapal.

13:26 Master contact to PT. SISM and local agent OK PT. SISM phone :
regarding Drill activity +62216907130
Nahkoda menghubungi PT. SISM dan agen Received by front office
setempat mengenai aktifitas latihan tersebut. (Simulation) and agent,

13:30 Master Declared drill is finish OK Check for missing and
