Dear Mr Ahmad Zaini,

I am really concerned about our front office staff. I have personally observed how they
do their daily jobs, especially when they have to handle customers. I think that their standart of
service has deteriorated. I would appreciate your suggestions on finding a solution to the probem. I
am afraid that if it continous, it will become a serious problem for our company.
I do feel that we have to improve things soon, intensive training might be good a
solution. I do hope it will change the situation. If there is no improvement, we should take serious
action againts them.
Please come to my room on Friday morning. Let’s discuss this situation in greater
depth.

Saya benar-benar prihatin dengan front office staff kami. Saya pribadi mengamati
bagaimana mereka melakukan pekerjaan sehari-hari, terutama ketika mereka harus menangani
pelanggan. Saya pikir standar layanan mereka telah memburuk. Saya akan menghargai saran anda
untuk menemukan solusi dari masalah tersebut. Saya takut jika terus berlanjut, itu akan menjadi
masalah serius bagi perusahaan kami.
Saya merasa bahwa kita harus segera memperbaiki keadaan. Pelatihan intensive
mungkin menjadi solusi yang baik. Aku berharap itu akan mengubah situasi. Jika tidak ada
perbaikan, kita harus mengambil tindakan serius terhadap mereka.
