Soil Nailing
Soil nailing temasuk upaya menstabilkan lereng secara
in-situ dengan memperbesar gaya melawan atau
momen penahan dengan cara mekanis. Kelebihan
perkuatan ini antara lain tinggi fleksibilitas, struktur
ringan, proses konstruksi sederhana, kecepatan
pembangunan, ekonomis, dan sedikit dampak
lingkungan (Tang dan Jiang 2015). Soil nailing
termasuk teknik untuk stabilitas lereng dinding
penahan tanah yang paling ekonomis karena sistem
pekerjaan yang cepat dan tidak membutuhkan tempat
yang luas. Pelaksaan soil nailing cukup menggunakan
peralatan portable yang mudah dipindah dan diubah
sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi lapangan yang
disesuaikan dengan sudut kemiringan dinding tanah.

•Metode Soil Nailing ini
dilakukan dengan cara
pengeboran lubang pada
dinding permukaan lereng.

dengan cara ini, paku ditekan ke
permukaan lereng selama
penggalian.
•Diameter paku sekitar 19 mm
hingga 25 mm yang relatif kecil.
•Jarak paku adalah 1m hingga
1,2m.

korosi yang baik untuk
batang baja (paku).

Pada dasarnya, setiap lereng memiliki faktor keamanan yang akan menentukan
kemampuan tanah untuk menahan longsor. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu alternatif yang
dapat digunakan adalah dengan memasukkan atau menanam sebuah perkuatan tanah
untuk menambah daya dukung sehingga faktor keamanannya dapat meningkat. Dalam
analisis transfer beban ini, akan dihasilkan sebuah perbandingan faktor keamanan yang
dihasilkan dengan menggunakan perkuatan Soil Nailing dan dihitung menggunakan
program Plaxis 8.2 dan Ms.Excel (Metode Fellenius). Jika dengan menggunakan
perkuatan Soil Nailing faktor keamanannya meningkat, maka kita dapat menghitung
besarnya transfer beban yang dipikul oleh Soil Nailing sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa
Soil Nailing dapat menjadi salah satu perkuatan tanah yang dapat digunakan untuk tanah
dilokasi bersangkutan. Hasil akhir dari perhitungan dengan program Plaxis ini
menunjukkan adanya peningkatan faktor keamanan jika menggunakan Soil Nailing, yaitu
sebesar 1.822. yang menunjukkan lereng dalam keadaan stabil. Tujuan Penelitian
a. Menyusun suatu kombinasi teori pengaruh langsung
AplikasiSoil Nailing perkuatan tanah didalam melakukan desain dinding penahan
tanah dengan menggunakan soil-nailing
b. Menghitung berapa besar Transfer Beban jika
Analisis Transfer Beban Soil Nailing menggunakan Soil Nailing.
c. Menghitung Angka Keamanan (Fk) bidang longsor tanpa
Kawasan Citra Land menggunakan Soil Nailing dan dengan menggunakan Soil
Nailing.
Pembatasan Masalah
1. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan pada kawasan Citra Land
2. Pemeriksaan parameter kuat geser tanah (c,φ) dilakukan melalui uji tekan
triaksial (Consolidated Undrained) dengan variasi campuran kadar air.
3. Data tanah yang digunakan pada perhitungan ini adalah hasil pemerikasaan
tanah yang sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya.
4. Perhitungan desain yang menggunakan soil nailing ini dihitung tanpa pengaruh
muka air, pengaruh gempa, pengaruh beban, dan tanah berlapis.
5. Proses perhitungan transfer beban pada soil nailing hanya menghitung variasi
perbandingan dengan jumlah maksimal
6. 6 (enam) nailing dengan kemiringan 500 tegak lurus bidan longsor
Berikut adalah tabel hasil perhitungan
menggunakan Plaxis:

Dari tabel diatas, terlihat transfer beban yang dihasilkan dari

setiap nailing melalui perhitungan Program Plaxis. Tanpa
nailing, transfer beban yang bisa dipikul adalah sebesar
182.10 kN/m2. Sedangkan, dengan jumlah nailing 6 dalam
kemiringan sudut 500 yang menghasilkan Angka keamanan
tertinggi dapat memikul beban sebesar 230.63 kN/m2.
Sehingga dalam perhitungan ini, beban yang dapat
ditransfer adalah sebesar 48.53 kN/m2.

KESIMPULAN GRAFIK
1. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, ada beberapa hal yang berpengaruh
langsung didalam melakukan desain sistem penahan tanah dengan
menggunakan soil nailing, yaitu struktur tanah (parameter tanah yang
digunakan), model desain soil nailing dan komponen konstruksi Soil Nailing
seperti jumlah nailing dan ukuran nailing yang digunakan (semakin panjang
nailing, faktor keamanannya semakin meningkat)
2. Beban yang dipikul tanah tanpa Soil Nailing adalah sebesar 182.10 kN/m2.
Sedangkan, dengan jumlah nailing 6 dalam kemiringan sudut 500 yang
menghasilkan angka keamanan tertinggi dapat memikul beban sebesar 230.63
kN/m2. Sehingga transfer beban yang dapat dipikul adalah sebesar 48.53
kN/m3.
3. Dari grafik hasil perhitungan Program plaxis soil nailing dihasilkan faktor
keamanan tanpa nail sebesar Fk= 1.005 dan dengan menggunakan 6 nail
dihasilkan Fk =1.822.Sedangkan, dari hasil perhitungan manual (Metode
Bishop) faktor keamanan yang dihasilkan tanpa ada perkuatan adalah Fk =
0.9709 dan dengan 6 nail dihasilkan Fk= 1,267.
4. Pemasangann soil nailing dapat dijadikan salah satu alternative perkuatan
tanah dilokasi yang bersangkutan.
