Definisi
Sindroma Kelly atau Sindroma Kombinasi pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh
Ellsworth Kelly pada tahun 1972.

Sindroma ini merupakan kerusakan oral spesifik yang sering terlihat pada
pasien yang menggunakan gigi tiruan lengkap pada bagian rahang atas dan gigi
tiruan sebagian pada rahang bawah dengan perluasan distal.
