Merokok adalah membakar tembakau

yang kemudian dihisap zat-za dan
asapnya, yang dapat menimbulkan
gangguan pada organ tubuh.

Naliko itu sendiri apabila diisap akan Zat inilah yang menyebabkan kanker paru-
merangsang keluarnya hormone adrenalin dan paru. Zat berbahaya ini berupa kotoran
hormon non adrenalin, yaitu hormon yang pekat yang dapat menyumbat dan
mengakibatkan naiknya frekuensi denyut mengiritasi paru-paru dan sistem
jantung dengan sendirinya akan menaikkan pernapasan sehingga dapat menyebabkan
kebutuhan energi. masalah atau penyakit pada pernafasan

Rambut Rontok
1 Rokok memperlemah sistem kekebalan sehingga tubuh telah
rentan terhadap penyakit yang menyebabkan rambut rontok,
sariawan mulut, dll

Katarak
2 Rokok dapat menyebabkan katarak dengan 2 cara, yaitu
cara mengiritasi mata dan dengan terlepasnya zat-zat kimia
dalam paru yang oleh aliran darah dibawa sampai ke mata.

rusaknya protein yang berguna untuk menjaga elastissitas
