3. Satu penyiasatan telah dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti suhu persekitaran mempengaruhi
pertumbuhan mikroorganisma. Beberapa keping roti telah diletakkan pada suhu persekitaran
yang berbeza. Selepas seminggu keadaan roti dicatatkan dalam Jadual 3.
An investigation has been carried out to identify the surrounding temperature affects the growth of
microorganisms. Some pieces of bread were placed on different surrounding temperature. After a
week the condition of breads were recorded in Table 3.
