keuangan dan manajemen administrasi di beberapa organisasi. Nurlaila telah
bekerja dengan beberapa Lembaga seperti Fatayat NU, LAKPESDAM, Lembaga
Reformasi Ekonomi Maluku (MOERI). Selama bekerja, Nurlaila memberikan
informasi keuangan organisasi untuk keperluan internal dan eksternal, serta
melaksanakan kegiatan keuangan & akuntansi sesuai dengan sistem akuntansi
keuangan yang berlaku dan prosedur operasi standar (SOP) -nya.

Job Desc 1. Melakukan penilaian kebutuhan untuk
meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga pendamping
dalam rangka pengorganisasian pemerintah
desa.
Undertake need assessment for increasing
capacity of assistance personnel in framework of
organizing village government, implementing
village development, village community
development, and village community
empowerment;
2. Menyusun draf kelembagaan yang layak untuk
pemerintahan desa di Maluku;
Develop draft of feasible institutions for village
governance in Maluku;
3. Mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan
institusi pembangunan untuk mengelola dana
desa dengan baik dan efektif;
Identify problems and needs for institution
development for managing village funds
properly and effectively;
4. Melakukan wawancara mendalam dan
mengadakan FGD.
Undertake depth-interview and focused group

5. Mempersiapkan dan menggabungkan laporan
