Keputusan Aminah membeli mobil BMW dan Avanza bukan untuk gaya-
gayaan atau pamer. Dia pakai kendaraan tersebut untuk aktivitas usaha.
Mengantarkan pesanan pecel semanggi kepada pelanggannya.
Aminah yang tinggal di Kecamatan Sambikerep, Surabaya tidak menjual
semanggi keliling lagi. Aminah hanya melayani penjualan pecel semanggi lewat

Aminah mulai mengenal pemasaran online, 2016. Dia belajar dari nol. Punya

berlajar cara memposting, foto produk, bikin teks, dan seterusnya. Bukan
hanya akun pribadi, Aminah juga punya akun Facebook Business dan
Instagram Business. Untuk menambah jangkauan dan teman, dia juga aktif
posting di beberapa grup kuliner di Facebook.

Dari belajar menggunakan instrumen media sosial itu, Aminah merasa senang
karena punya banyak kawan baru. Dia juga girang kalau ada yang memberi
like dan komentar setiap kali posting produk. Aminah berusaha responsif. Dia
menjawab semua pertanyaan pemirsanya. Dari pemirsa yang iseng maupun
yang serius bertanya hingga closing.

Dari media sosial, Aminah menjaring banyak pelanggan. Untuk yang berada di
Surabaya, Sidoarjo, dan Gresik dia antar sendiri ke pemesan. Bayarnya bisa
cash on delivery (COD). Sementara untuk pemesan di luar kota, Aminah
menggunakan jasa pengiriman dan logistik. Untuk customer luar kota Aminah

friends, she also actively posts in several culinary groups on Facebook.

From learning to use this social media instrument, Aminah feels happy
because she has many new friends. She is also excited when someone leave a
like and comments every time she posts a product. Aminah tried to be
responsive. She answered all questions from her audience. From viewers who
are just curious to serious about asking questions until the closing hour.

From social media, Aminah has attracted many customers. For those in
Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik, she takes them personally to the customer
