Stimulate anterior pituitary gland to secrete FSH & LH

Pada awal mens GnRH bakal naik sampe hari ke 10 tapi FSH turun dan LH steady low WHY?

FSH yang diproduksi AP bakal ke ovarium lewat blood capillary dan bakal terjadi proses
maturing of the follicles dari primary oocyte jadi secondary oocyte, proses maturase folikel
ini bakal menghasilkan estrogen which in low concentration will inhibit FSH

Setelah 10 hari estrogen trus meningkat seiring proses maturasi dari folikel, high
concentration of estrogen stimulates LH & FSH secretion buat ovulasi dari folikel yang paling
matang.

Di hari ke 14 atau tengah’’ terjadi proses ovulasi which FSH& LH yang tinggi membuat folikel
melepas oocyte.

Setelah proses ovulasi folikel bakal mati jadi corpus luteum which produce progesterone
(decrease GnRH production) and inhibin (decrease FSH,which leads to decrease estrogen)
