 Pengaruh Edukasi Sombere terhadap Tingkat Stres pada Ibu Hamil

ABSTRACT
Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan mental selama kehamilan merupakan masalah
kesehatan masyarakat utama yang perlu ditangani dengan serius. Prevalensi cukup tinggi
adalah stres kehamilan sebesar 92,8% dan kecemasan sebesar 32,6%.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh edukasi Sombere terhadap
tingkat stres ibu hamil.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasy eksperiment dengan pre-test and
post-test design with control group. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil
primigravida yang memenuhi kriteria sampel yaitu sebanyak 80 sampel. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan
uji chi square dan uji wilcoxon rank.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan stres pada kelompok intervensi
setelah dilakukan postes (p=0.000<0.005), Begitu pula kelompok intervensi terdapat
perbedaan stres pada saat postes (p=0.001<0.005). Ada pengaruh edukasi Sombere
terhadap tingkat stres pada ibu hamil primigravida (p=0.016<0.005).
Saran: Tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan perlu melakukan pengkajian stres atau
melakukan kolaborasi dengan psikolog untuk menjamin kesehatan mental ibu hamil.
