1. Siswi yang sedang sakit fisik

Instrumen Penelitian
Kesiapan Menghadapi Menarche
Instrumen kesiapan menghadapi
menarche dilakukan oleh
Sulitioningsih pada tahun 2014.
Lembar kuesioner ini diberikan
kepada responden menggunakan
skala likert dengan empat pilihan
jawaban yaitu sangat setuju,
setuju, tidak setuju dan tidak
setuju. Kuesioner ini terdiri dari 24
pernyataan, yaitu 14 item untuk
pernyataan favourable dan 10 item
unfavourable. Hasil tersebut
dikategorikan menjadi 2, yaitu:
Skor 24-48 : tidak memiliki
kesiapan dan skor 49-96 : memiliki
kesiapan.
Kecemasan
Instrumen kecemasan berasal dari
Hawari 2008 kemudian dimodifikasi
oleh peneliti. Lembar kuesioner
yang diberikan kepada responden
berisi 14 pernyataan yang dinilai
dengan:
Skor < 14 : tidak ada kecemasan
Skor 14 – 20 : kecemasan ringan
Skor 21 – 27 : kecemasan sedang
Skor 28 – 41 : kecemasan berat
Skor > 41 : kecemasan sangat
berat/panik.
