 KASUS
Tn. Z seorang pensiunan MRS dengan combustio derajat III sekujur kaki kiri dari paha
atas hingga betis bagian depan dan belakang dan derajat II pada pantat sebelah kiri. Tn. Z
berusia 42 tahun dengan Lila 24 dan TL 57 cm. Tekanan darah Tn. Z adalah 150/80
mmHg, dan kesadaran CM 456 serta RR : 20 x/menit, Nadi : 80x/menit dan suhu tubuh
36.50C. Tn. Z merasakan nyeri pada luka bakar disekujur kaki bagian kiri sehingga dia
tidak mampu untuk berjalan dan akhirnya dipasang kateter. Berdasarkan hasil Lab, Hb:
15.7 gr/dL; Leukosit : 18.720 /ml, trombosit 237.000 /ml dan Na 124 mmol/Ltr. Pasien
tidak memiliki pantangan dan alergi. Tentukan asuhan gizi yg tepat.

yang menyebabkan pasien tidak mampu untuk bergerak.

NC-3.5 Tingkat pertumbuhan yang kurang optimal

Perhitungan IMT pasien menunjukkan bahwa pasien masuk kedalam
kategori underweight dimana pertumbuhan tubuh yang dialami pasien
kurang optimal
