Pemeriksaan Trigliserida Darah
Trigliserida Salah satu jenis lemak yang banyak
ditemukan di dalam darah. Trigliserida
dihasilkan oleh organ hati, namun
sebagian besar berasal dari makanan,
seperti daging, keju, susu, nasi, minyak
goreng, dan mentega.

Lemak dari makanan yang dikonsumsi

akan dipecah dan diubah menjadi energi.

Setiap lemak yang tidak digunakan tubuh,

akan diubah menjadi trigliserida dan
disimpan di sel lemak.

Ketika dibutuhkan, trigliserida akan

dilepaskan untuk digunakan sebagai
energi.
Trigliserida
Ketika asupan trigliserida dari makanan melebihi
jumlah yang dibutuhkan tubuh, akan terjadi
peningkatan kadar trigliserida dalam darah.

Trigliserida yang tinggi diduga dapat memicu

penebalan pada dinding pembuluh darah, sehingga
berisiko terjadi stroke dan serangan jantung.
Faktor – Factor Yang Mempengaruhi Kadar Trigliserida

Usia
Semakin tua seseorang maka terjadi penurunan berbagai fungsi organ tubuh
sehingga keseimbangan kadar trigliserida darah sulit tercapai akibatnya kadar
trigliserida cenderung lebih mudah meningkat.

Penyakit Hati
Hati merupakan tempat sintesis trigliserida sehingga penyakit hati dapat
menurunkankadar trigliserida

Gaya Hidup
Aktifitas olahraga yang kurang, kurang minum air yang mengandung mineral,
nikotin asap rokok, alkohol serta makan yang kurang teratur mengakibatkan
meningkatnya kadar asam lemak bebas menjadi lebih tinggi
 Keadaan Klinis
Hipertrigliseridemia adalah
peningkatan kadar trigliserida plasma
puasa dengan atau tanpa gangguan
kadar lipoprotein lain.

 Peningkatan TG : risiko tinggi

 Terjadi peningkatan bisa karena

keturunan, DM, nefrosis,
penyakit metabolic
 Diagnosis Trigliserida
Untuk menentukan apakah seseorang mengalami trigliseridemia,
perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar trigliserida darah melalui
pemeriksaan laboratorium. Agar hasilnya optimal, dianjurkan untuk
puasa selama 12 jam sebelum pengambilan darah.
Pemeriksaan Trigliserida
Pengambilan dan Penyimpanan Sampel :
Persiapan Sampel :  10 hari pada suhu 40C
 3 bulan pada suhu -200c
 Sampel yang diuji:
serum dan plasma.

Prinsip Pemeriksaan Trigliserida :

Trigliserida diukur kadarnya setelah dilakukan hidrolisis secara enzimatik

oleh lipase. Indikator yang digunakan adalah quinoneimin, terbentuk dari
reaksi antara hidrogen peroksida, 4 – aminoantipirin dan 4 – klorofenol yang
berlangsung di bawah pengaruh katalisis enzim peroksidase

Sampel : Serum, plasma (EDTA/heparin)

Reagen : Reagen trigliserid dan standar trigliserid
Panjang Gelombang : 500nm, Hg 546 nm
Temperatur : 20 - 25ᵒC atau 37ᵒC
Pengukuran : Dilakukan terhadap blanko reagen. Hanya
diperlukan satu blanko reagen tiap seri pemeriksaan.

Kadar trigliserida diukur dalam satuan milimeter per desiliter (mg/dL),
kemudian dinilai berdasarkan kategori berikut:

Sangat Lebih dari 500 Kadar trigliserida tinggi dan sangat tinggi dapat

Sedangkan kadar trigliserida yang mendekati angka
1000 mg/dL berisiko menyebabkan peradangan
pankreas atau pankreatitis.
