ABSTRAK

KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA,


DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL
SEBAGAI PENENTU KINERJA
PERAWAT RSUD SMC KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) kepemimpinan,


motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja perawat RSUD
SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Serta (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan,
motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat
baik secara parsial maupun simultan di RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan
pendekatan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melaui studi pustaka dan
kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan
populasi 145 orang perawat RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Data yang
telah diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan path analysis (analisis jalur).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan
kinerja di RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sudah sangat baik, hanya
lingkungan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional termasuk klasifikasi baik; (2)
Motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap
kinerja, sedangkan kepemimpinan dan lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. kepemimpinan,
motivasi kerja, lingkungn kerja dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja perawat secara simultan.

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) leadership, motivation, work
environment, emotional intelligence and performance of nurses in RSUD SMC
Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. (2) to know the influence of leadership, motivation,
work environment and emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses both
partially and simultaneously in RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.
This research used analytical descriptive method with survey approach. Data
collection techniques were conducted through literature and questionnaire studies.
Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a population of 145 nurses
RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya . The data obtained were analyzed using
path analysis.
The results showed that: (1) Leadership, work motivation and performance in the
RSUD SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya have very good, and work environment and
emotional intelligence have good; (2) motivation and emotional intelligence have
significantly positive effect on performance, while leadership and the environment
did not significantly affect on performance of nurses in RSUD SMC Kabupaten
Tasikmalaya. In conclusion, leadership, work motivation, work environment and
emotional intelligence significantly affect the performance of nurses
simultaneously.
