Setelah mengkuti serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran tentang beberapa teks teks
interaksi transaksional, lisan dan tulis, pendek dan sederhana, yang melibatkan
tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait pendapat dan pikiran, siswa:
memiliki pengetahuan faktual dan konseptual tentang fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan
unsur kebahasaan teks interaksi transaksional, lisan dan tulis, pendek dan sederhana,
yang melibatkan tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait pendapat dan
pikiran
Pertemuan Kedua— Keterampilan menulis [1 JP]
Setelah mengkuti serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran tentang beberapa teks teks
interaksi transaksional, lisan dan tulis, pendek dan sederhana, yang melibatkan
tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait pendapat dan pikiran, siswa:
Memiliki keterampilan membuat sebuah teks yang meibatkan tindakan menyatakan
pendapat dan pikiran sesuai dengan situasi yang diberikan (in the form of written
paragraph)

Kompetensi Dasar :

Materi :

Social Function
Opinion is including the words of opinion and argument/ reasons. Opinion dialogue is
a dialog consists of two persons or more who have opinion each others. It can use the
expressions, such as in my opinion, in my view, I think etc. Argument dialogue is a
dialog that states the arguments or reasons. It can use the words such as first, second
etc for arranging arguments. Asking Opinion is a sentence which asking opinion or
argument to other people to satisfaction. Giving Opinion is a sentence that gives a
reason to someone or other people. So, Asking and Giving Opinion is expressions that
is used for talking about argument or opinion of two or more people.
 Informal Expressions are used in a situation where you are talking between friends
or close friends. The expressions usually respond to something that you discuss in
an informal situation.
 Formal Expressions are used in a situation where you are talking in a formal
situation, such as in the office or school between the teacher and students

The sentence structure of asking opinion


Pattern:
question word (what, how) + to be + verb + object

to be + subject + verb + object

There are expressions of asking opinion in two situations:

 Do you think is/are …  What is your idea/opinion...?

 FIRST PERSON
We, us, our,and ourselves are all first-person pronouns. Specifically, they are
plural first-person pronouns. Singular first-person pronouns include I, me, my,
mine and myself.

 CONNECTIVES

Strangely enough, surprisingly enough, naturally, it is only natural that..., it
goes without saying that…, it can be taken for granted that…, it is a matter of
fact…, strictly speaking, as far as …is concerned…, in my opinion…, in my
view…, it is right upto a point…,as for me…, to my mind, if you ask me…,
actually, in fact…, another way of lookig at the matter is…, personally, I
feel…, the way I see it…, I am convinced that…, in all probability/ likelihood,
allegedly, so to speak, as it were, I suppose, I assume…, I daresay…

dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan yang
benar dan sesuai konteks
Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi:
4.2.1 Siswa dapat membuat sebuah teks yang meibatkan tindakan menyatakan
pendapat dan pikiran sesuai dengan situasi yang diberikan (in the form of written
paragraph) (writing skill)
4.2.2 Siswa dapat melakukan dialog singkat terkait ungkapan menyatakan pendapat
dan pikiran sesuai dengan konteks yang diberikan ( in the form
dialogue)(speaking skill)

Tujuan Pembelajaran
Setelah mengkuti serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran tentang beberapa teks teks
interaksi transaksional, lisan dan tulis, pendek dan sederhana, yang melibatkan

Disagree in Dialog:
John : Hey what do u think about this movie?
Zedo : I think this movie is really good.
John : I don’t think so. This movie is so boring that I sleep while watch it. The plot
is flat and there is not any suspense in the story. I like watching film but
this time I disagree with you

Agree in Dialog:
Ati : Hey, Look at my new Ring , isn’t it cool??
Bis : Yeah, I absolutely agree with you, your ring is so cool. It perfectly matches
with your finger. It must be a very expensive ring.

Caterine : You can join with me if you want to learn about it. Please come to my

Andrew : Okey, I agree. By the way. My friends say that they can learn math without
practice the questions.
Caroline : That’s true. But not all of people can do it. Practice is more important, than
remember of pattern
Andrew : You are absolutely right
