Dari hasil analisa variabel disiplin kerja diketahui bahwa variabel X111 sampai dengan X132
memiliki nilai sign. (2-tailed) < 0,05 yang berarti valid, sedangkan variabel X133 memiliki nilai
sign. (2-tailed) > 0,05 yang berarti tidak valid atau dengan kata lain butir pertanyaan “apa yang
dikerjakan pegawai sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku” tidak valid.

Dari hasil analisa variabel pengembangan karir diketahui bahwa variabel X212 sampai dengan
X233 memiliki nilai sign. (2-tailed) < 0,05 yang berarti valid, sedangkan variabel X211 memiliki
nilai sign. (2-tailed) > 0,05 yang berarti tidak valid atau dengan kata lain butir pertanyaan
“pegawai merasakan hak yang sama untuk berkarir” tidak valid.
