Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi,
kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode
penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Bank
Tabungan Negara Tbk Medan yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang
sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu
skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik
analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang
digunakan adalah Statistical Program For Sosial Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, the effect of
communication on job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on job satisfaction. The research
method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were
all employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Medan, totaling 60 employees. The number
of samples used in this study amounted to 60 employees using the saturated sample method.
The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. The
measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research
is quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. The statistical method used is
the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that the effect of
motivation on job satisfaction had no significant effect, the effect of communication on job
satisfaction had no significant effect, the effect of job stress on job satisfaction had a
significant effect.
