Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kontrak Kerja tanggal 9 (Sembilan) Desember 2022 (dua

ribu dua puluh dua) : 002/LGL.KONTRAK/ICAMARA/XII/2022 Pihak Pertama
menunjuk Pihak Kedua sebagai Kontraktor PT. INDONESIA CAPITAL AMARA
dengan perincian sebagai berikut :
Based on the Work Contract Agreement dated Desember 9th (Nine) 2022 (two
thousand and twenty two) Number : 002/LGL.KONTRAK/ICAMARA/XII/2022, the
First Party appointed the Second Party as the Contractor of INDONESIA CAPITAL
AMARA with the following details:
1. Nilai Kontrak
Cost Of Contract
Nilai Kontrak untuk pekerjaan tersebut diatas dalam pasal 1 kontrak ini adalah
sebesar :
Cost for the work mentioned above in article 1 of this contract is

(Fourteen million One Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred

Eighty Two Eight Thousand Rupiah), yang merupakan nilai penawaran
yang telah disepakati PARA PIHAK sebagaimana terlampir pada Perjanjian
ini.

(Three Hundred Ten Million Four Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Rupiah),
which is the cost of the offer that has been agreed upon by the PARTIES as
attached to this Agreement.

Dalam jumlah harga tersebut diatas sudah termasuk pengeluaran biaya pajak-
pajak PPN dan PPh.
The total price above includes the expenditure of PPN and PPh taxes.

2. Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan

Scope Of Work
Pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan Pihak Kedua yaitu Pekerjaan Kitchen Set
dan Lemari Kamar Mandi.
The work that must be carried out by the Second Party is Kitchen Set and
Bathroom Cabinet Work.

3. Jangka Waktu Pengerjaan

Untuk jangka waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dimulai tanggal 23 (Dua Puluh Tiga)
Desember 2022 (dua ribu dua puluh dua) sampai dengan 7 (tujuh) januari 2023
(dua ribu dua puluh tiga).
For the period of execution of the work starting on Desember 23rd (Twenty
Three) 2022 (two thousand and twenty-two) until January 7th (Seven) 2023 (two
thousand and twenty-three).

4. Tata Cara Pembayaran

Terms Of Payment
1) Down Payment (DP) sebesar 25% (dua puluh lima persen) dari besar nilai
kontrak.
Down Payment (DP) of 25% (twenty five percent) of the total contract value.
2) Pembayaran selanjutnya mengikuti progres setiap 1 bulan yang disandarkan
pada Lampiran 1 dan/atau sesuai dengan progres material on site dilapangan
dengan disertakan berita acara progres lapangan yang di tandatangani
bersama dan disetujui.
Subsequent payments follow the progress every 1 month which is propped up
in Appendix 1 and/or according to the progress of material on site in the field

with the included minutes of field progress which are jointly signed and
approved.
3) Pembayaran dilakukan paling lambat 7 (tujuh) hari kalender setelah tagihan
diterima dengan lengkap dan benar oleh PIHAK PERTAMA.
Payment no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the invoice is received
completely and correctly by the FIRST PARTY.

4) Para pihak sepakat bahwa Pihak Pertama akan melakukan semua pembayaran
atas biaya pekerjaan dengan cara pemindahbukuan dan/atau transfer ke
rekening Pihak Kedua, yakni :

5. Kerahasiaan
Privacy
Pihak Kedua akan merahasiakan dan tidak akan menggunakan segala
informasi mengenai PT. INDONESIA CAPITAL AMARA (selanjutnya
disebut “Informasi Rahasia”) yang didapat oleh Pihak Kedua sehubungan
dengan pelaksanaan KONTRAK ini. Kewajiban merahasiakan dan tidak
menggunakan informasi Rahasia mengikat Pihak Kedua setelah
berakhirnya KONTRAK ini dengan sebab apapun dan tanpa batas waktu.
The Second Party will keep confidential and will not use any information
regarding PT. INDONESIA CAPITAL AMARA (hereinafter referred to as
"Confidential Information") obtained by the Second Party in connection
with the implementation of this CONTRACT. The obligation to keep
confidential and not to use Confidential information binds the Second Party
after the expiration of this CONTRACT for any reason and without a time
limit.

Demikianlah KONTRAK ini dibuat dan ditandatangani pada hari dan tanggal
tersebut diatas, dalam rangkap 2 (dua) dengan bermaterai cukup dan masing-masing
mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sama.
Thus this CONTRACT is made and signed on the day and date mentioned above, in
2 (two) copies with sufficient stamp duty and each has the same legal force.
