Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Di

Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan

Remaja ditandai oleh pertumbuhan, perubahan dan seringkali menghadapi risiko-
risiko kesehatan reproduksi. Kesehatan reproduksi menurut WHO adalah suatu
keadaan kesehatan yang utuh meliputi kehidupan fisik, mental dan sosial, yang
berkaitan dengan organ reproduksi, fungsi dan prosesnya. Tingginya kasus
masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja disebabkan oleh tingkat pengetahuan
remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan
remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi di Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten
Tabanan. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 142 remaja yang berusia 15-19 tahun di Desa Sai,
pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Intrumen yang
digunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dari segi karakteristik menunjukkan bahwa
mayoritas berusia 19 tahun sebanyak 31 orang (21,8%), mayoritas berjenis
kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 73 orang atau sebesar (51,4%), mayoritas
berpendidikan SMA sebanyak 83 orang (58,5%), berdasarkan sumber informasi,
mayoritas responden mendapatkan informasi kesehatan reproduksi dari sekolah
yaitu sebanyak 50 orang (35,2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian
besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 61 remaja
(43,0 %). Hasil ini menunjukkan remaja di Desa Sai masih kurang mendapatkan
informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, diharapkan remaja mencari informasi
melalui berbagai media terkait kesehatan reproduksi, agar dapat meningkatkan
pengetahuannya guna menjaga kesehatan diri sendiri.

Description of Adolescent Knowledge Levels About Reproductive Health in

Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency

Adolescents are characterized by growth, change and often face reproductive
health risks. Reproductive health according to WHO is a state of complete health
including physical, mental and social life, which is related to the reproductive
organs, their functions and processes. The high number of cases of adolescent
reproductive health problems is caused by the level of knowledge of adolescents.
This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of adolescents about
reproductive health in Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency. The design
of this research is descriptive research. The population in this study were 142
youth aged 15-19 years in Sai Village, the sample was taken using total sampling
technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the study in
terms of characteristics showed that the majority were 19 years old as many as 31
people (21.8%), the majority were male, namely as many as 73 people or as big as
(51.4%), the majority had high school education as many as 83 people (58.5 %),
based on information sources, the majority of respondents obtained reproductive
health information from schools, namely 50 people (35.2%). The results showed
that most of the respondents had a sufficient level of knowledge, namely as many
as 61 teenagers (43.0%). These results indicate that adolescents in Sai Village still
lack information about reproductive health, it is hoped that adolescents will seek
information through various media related to reproductive health, so that they can
increase their knowledge in order to maintain their own health.
