5.1. Seluruh pekerja ikut ambil andil bagian dalam

alat bantu kerja dapat digunakan dengan
melakukan pengecekan secara visual
5.3. Maintenance atau mekanik mengisi lampiran
checklist yang dibuat oleh HSE dan pada saat
pengecekan pihak HSE mendampingi mekanik
dan operator pengguna alat tersebut
5.4. Segala macam kerusakan terhadap alat bantu
kerja dan angkat angkut dapat diperbaiki oleh
mekanik atau menghubungi pihak pihak tertentu
yang memahami karakteristik dari alat bantu
kerja tersebut
