[Introduction]

Good morning/afternoon everyone,

Thank you for being here today. I am excited to share with you the best experience I've ever had. It
happened during my study tour to Bali when I was in grade 11 of high school. This tour took place on
March 8, 2019, and it holds a special place in my heart because it was the first time my school organized
a study tour by train. I want to take you through the highlights of this incredible journey that lasted for four
memorable days.

[Main Topic]
The journey began at Kebumen Station, where my friends and I gathered at 5 am. Departing at 6 am, we
embarked on a train ride to Banyuwangi Station. The train journey was an exhilarating experience as I
had the opportunity to enjoy the wide and beautiful natural scenery along the way. We sang together and
shared snacks, making the trip more enjoyable. By 7 pm, we arrived at Banyuwangi Station, ready to
continue our adventure.

From there, we traveled by bus to Ketapang Harbor, where we boarded a large ship to cross over to
Gilimanuk Harbor in Bali. Walking to the edge of the ship, I relished the captivating night view during the
crossing. After arriving at Gilimanuk Harbor, we resumed our journey by bus, heading to our first
destination: Tanah Lot. The spaciousness and freedom to take pictures anywhere made this place
particularly appealing. I was captivated by the sheer number of tourists that flocked to this beautiful spot.
With our visit complete, we proceeded to Kuta Beach, just an hour away from Tanah Lot.

Once in Kuta, we checked into our accommodation, Hotel Quest Kuta. Interestingly, we ended up
sharing rooms with four people per room. This decision was made because one of our friends had
experienced some unsettling incidents in their room, with the balcony door opening on its own and a
mysterious figure passing by while they were taking a bath. The shared room became lively and
crowded, as we embraced the opportunity to spend time together.
The next morning, our journey continued to the Sangeh Monkey Forest. There, I witnessed hundreds of
monkeys freely roaming and hanging from the trees in this protected forest. Although I refrained from
taking selfies with the monkeys due to a fear of being scratched, the experience was awe-inspiring.

In the afternoon, we made our way to Pandawa Beach, a place that left me mesmerized by its vastness.
The towering cliffs, adorned with carved statues depicting the Pandawa and Kunti characters, added a
unique touch to the surroundings. For me, Pandawa Beach stands out as the best and most beautiful
beach in Bali.

On March 10th, we visited GWK, which I consider the highlight of the trip. The moment I arrived, the
breathtaking scenery captivated me. We were treated to a lively Balinese dance performance called the
Kecak Dance. Before the event began, three friends and I managed to snap a quick photo with two of
the dancers.
While our fellow friends enjoyed the show, the three of us explored GWK and stumbled upon hidden
areas. To our surprise, we discovered a serene and undisturbed spot that felt like a private oasis. It
provided the perfect backdrop for photos, and we savored the tranquil atmosphere. As if that wasn't
enough, we stumbled upon a delightful hangout spot, where we enjoyed ourselves and ordered as much
coffee as we desired, without having to wait in queues.

Before bidding farewell to Bali, we made sure to visit the most famous place on the island: Ulun Danu
Beratan Temple. In my opinion, it is the epitome of beauty, tranquility, and serenity. The temple's stunning
architecture combined with the surrounding lush gardens made it a picturesque setting for countless
photographs.
[Conclusion]
In conclusion, my study tour to Bali during my grade 11 year was undeniably the best experience I've
ever had. From the train ride to the stunning destinations, every moment was filled with excitement and
wonder. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to set foot in Bali and experience its beauty. Looking
forward, I dream of returning to Bali with my family to share the magic of this enchanting place.

Thank you for your attention, and I am open to any questions or discussions you may have.
