 1. PENDAHULUAN / INTRODUCTION
Dokumen ini dibuat sebagai panduan untuk pekerjaan instalasi Telescopic Boom Mobile
Crane 160 Ton pada proyek BE SILO PACKAGE di PT XXX.

This document is prepared as guidance for Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160 tonnes installation on BE
SILO PACKAGE project at PT. XXX.

2. PEKERJAAN PERSIAPAN / PREPARATION WORK

Sebelum memulai pekerjaan sebaiknya dipastikan bahwa :

Prior to installation works, these actions shall be taken first :

 Ijin Kerja sudah dibuat dan disetujui.

Working Permit have been prepared and approved.

 Semua peralatan angkat dicek sesuai formulir inspeksi dan memiliki sertifikat
yang valid.
All lifting equipments shall be checked in inspection form and have valid certification.

 Peralatan pelindung diri sudah dikenakan (misalnya helm, sarung tangan sesuai
dengan peruntukannya, kacamata safety, sepatu safety).
Use Personal Safety Tools (such as helmet, gloves –specified for intended work, safety goggles,
safety shoes).

 Area untuk instalasi Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160 ton sudah disterilkan
dan dipasang barikade.
Area for Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160 Tonnes has been sterilized and safety barricade
have been placed.

 Mobile Crane 25 Ton (untuk tailing) dan Mobile Crane 70 Ton (main lifting)
sudah siap di area instalasi telescopic boom.
Mobile Crane 25 Tonnes (for taling) and Mobile Crane 70 Tonnes (main lifting) are ready
on Telescopic Boom Installation Area.

3. PEKERJAAN INSTALASI TELESCOPIC BOOM MOBILE CRANE 160 TON /

TELESCOPIC BOOM MOBILE CRANE 160 TONNES INSTALLATION
WORK

Berikut ini urutan untuk Pekerjaan Instalasi Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160 Ton :
Following are sequence process of Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160 Tonnes Installation Work :

 Semua kendaraan dan personil yang akan terlibat dalam proses instalasi ini
sudah berada di dalam area instalasi dan sudah diberi barikade menyesuaikan
radius boom crane.
All vehicles and personnels for this installation work are already on installation area, which
have been barricaded adjust the crane boom radius.

  Semua kendaraan dan personil yang terlibat akan diposisikan seperti ilustrasi
berikut ;.
All vehicles and personnels for this installation work shall be positioned as illustrated below :

 Telescopic Boom di atas truk akan diikat ke dua jenis mobil crane untuk
pengangkatan.
Telescopic Boom shall be rigged to two mobile cranes for lifting.

 Mobile Crane 25T akan berada di posisi dekat kepala truk sedangkan mobile
crane 70T akan berada di dekat belakang truk untuk menahan beban telescopic
boom.
Mobile Crane 25T shall be located near front of truck while Mobile Crane 70T shall be
located near rear of truck ot hold weight from Telescopic Boom.

 Pembagian beban angkat dari Telescopic Boom dihitung dengan rumus :

W = Beban Telescopic Boom / Jumlah Crane

Weight distribution for Telescopic Boom is calculated using formula :

W = Total Weight of Telescopic Boom / Number of Crane

 W = 27,000 kg / 2
W = 13,500 kg

Sehingga masing-masing mobile crane akan menahan beban maksimum 13,500

kg.
Therefor each mobile crane shall hold maximum load of 13,500 kg.

 Dengan melihat Tabel Beban dari masing-masing Mobile Crane, maka akan
didapatkan Jarak Kerja yang efektif.
Refer to each Load Chart Table from each Mobile Crane, effective working radius can be
decided.

 Mobile Crane 70T dan 25T bersama-sama mengangkat Telescopic Boom

dengan aba-aba dari Juru Ikat.
Mobile Crane 70T and 25T lift Telescopic Boom at same time with instruction from
Certified Rigger.

 Ketika Telescopic Boom sudah terangkat dari Truk, maka Truk bergerak maju
seperti ilustrasi di bawah ini :
When Telescopic Boom have been lifted from Truck, Truck shall move away from Telescopic
Boom as described below illustration :

  Turunkan atau letakan telescopic boom tepat di dekat crane dengan hati hati
pada ketinggian 1,5 meter.
Lower telescopic boom to height of 1.5 meters.

 Mobile Crane 160T kemudian maju ke posisi dimana sebelumnya ditempati

oleh Truk pembawa Telescopic Boom.
Mobile Crane 160T shall move forward to position where Carrier Truck was positioned.

 Sopir Mobile Crane mematikan mesin kemudian keluar dari dalam kabin
Mobile Crane 160T.
Mobile Crane 160T driver then shut down engine and safely move away from inside cabin.

 Crane 25 Ton dan 70 Ton bersama-sama kembali mengangkat telescopic boom

ke atas crane 160 T dengan instruksi Juru Ikat
Mobile Crane 25T and 70T back to lift Telescopic Boom at the same time to crane 160 T
with instruction from Certified Rigger

 Mobile Crane 25T dan 70T bersama-sama menurunkan Telescopic Boom ke

posisi di Mobile Crane 160T dengan aba-aba dari Juru Ikat.
Mobile Crane 25T and 70T lowering Telescopic Boom synchronized with signal from

 Certified Rigger.

 Personil yang sudah terlatih untuk pemasangan Telescopic Boom akan berada
di atas Mobile Crane dengan menggunakan Safety Body Harness yang
digantungkan ke Titik Angkur.
Authorized personnel for Telescopic Boom installation shall be on top of Mobile Crane
160T with Safety Body Harness attached to Anchor Point.

 Minimal akan ada dua orang personil terlatih untuk instalasi telescopic boom
pada mobile crane.
At least two Authorized Personnels shall install telescopic boom on mobile crane.

 Selama proses instalasi telescopic boom ini, tali/tambang wajib digunakan.

During installation process of telescopic boom, tagline shall always be use.

 Setelah Telescopic Boom terpasang dengan baik dan sempurna, maka Personil
Instalasi Telescopic Boom turun dari Mobile Crane 160T.
After Telescopic Boom installed, uuthorized personnel for Telescopic Boom installation shall
move away from top of Mobile Crane 160T to lower ground.

 Selanjutnya sopir Mobile Crane 160T masuk kembali ke dalam kabin,

menyalakan mesin dan bergerak menuju lokasi baru untuk instalasi Pembeban.
Driver for Mobile Crane 160T enters driving cabin, start the engine and shall move away to
new location for Counter Weight installation.

 Selanjutnya Mobile Crane 160T memasang Pembeban secara mandiri.

Mobile Crane 160T shall install Counter Weight using its Telescopic Boom.

 4. PEKERJAAN PELEPASAN TELESCOPIC BOOM / DISMANTLING
TELESCOPIC BOOM

Berikut ini urutan untuk Pelepasan Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160T :
Following are sequence process of Dismantling Telescopic Boom Mobile Crane 160T :

 Semua kendaraan dan personil yang akan terlibat dalam proses pelepasan ini
sudah berada di dalam area instalasi dan sudah diberi barikade.
All vehicles and personnels for this dismantling work are already on designated dismantling
area, which have been barricaded.

 Sebelum melakukan pelepasan Telescopic Boom, semua Pembeban sudah

dilepas secara mandiri oleh Mobile Crane 160T ke mobil pembawa Pembeban.
Before starting Telescopic Boom dismantling sequence, all Counter Weight shall be removed
and placed on top of Carrier Truck for Counter Weight.

 Mobile Crane 160T bergerak maju menuju lokasi untuk pelepasan Telescopic
Boom.
Mobile Crane 160T shall move forward to designated area for dismantling Telescopic Boom.

 Personil yang sudah terlatih untuk pemasangan Telescopic Boom akan berada
di atas Mobile Crane dengan menggunakan Safety Body Harness yang
digantungkan ke Titik Angkur.
Authorized personnel for Telescopic Boom installation shall be on top of Mobile Crane
160T with Safety Body Harness attached to Anchor Point.

 Mobile Crane 25T akan berada di posisi dekat kepala Mobile Crane 160T
sedangkan mobile crane 70T akan berada di dekat pangkal Telescopic Boom
untuk pengangkatan telescopic boom.
Mobile Crane 25T shall be located near front of Mobile Crane 160T while Mobile Crane
70T shall be located near end of telescopic boom to lift weight from Telescopic Boom.

 Juru Ikat mengikatkan Telescopic Boom ke Mobile Crane 25T dan 70T.
Rigger shall rig Telescopic Boom to Boom of Mobile Crane 25T and 70T for lifting.

 Personil yang sudah terlatih untuk pekerjaan pelepasan Telescopic Boom ini
kemudian melepaskan semua system yang menahan Telescopic Boom kecuali
tali pengikat yang sudah diikatkan oleh Juru Ikat.
Authorized personnel for dismantling work shall remove all attachments that holds Telescopic
Boom except attachments that was prepared by Certified Rigger.

 Mobile Crane 25T dan 70T bersama-sama mengangkat Telescopic Boom dai
atas Mobile Crane 160T dengan aba-aba dari Juru Ikat.
Mobile Crane 25T and 70T lifting Telescopic Boom synchronized from Mobile Crane 160T
with signal from Certified Rigger.

 Mobile Crane 160T selanjutnya mundur ke belakang, memberikan tempat

untuk Truk pembawa Telescopic Boom mundur ke posisi dimana sebelumnya
Mobile Crane 160T berada.
Mobile Crane 160T shall move away from from Telescopic Boom to make room for Carrier
Truck to move where previously occupied by Mobile Crane 160T.

 Mobile Crane 25T dan 70T bersama-sama menurunkan Telescopic Boom ke

atas Truk Pembawa Telescopic Boom dengan aba-aba dari Juru Ikat.

 Mobile Crane 25T and 70T lowering Telescopic Boom synchronized to Carrier Truck with
signal from Certified Rigger.

 Setelah Telescopic Boom berada di atas Truk Pembawa, maka semua ikatan
oleh Juru Ikat dilepas oleh Juru Ikat yang kemudian digantikan oleh ikatan dari
Truk Pembawa.
After Telescopic Boom sits firmly on Carrier Truck, all rigs shall be removed by Certified
Rigger and replaced with rigs from Carrier Truck.

 Semua pekerja yang bekerja di atas ketinggian 1.2 meter dari tanah, wajib
menggunakan safety body harness dan terdapat Titik Angkur untuk
menyangkutkan safety body harness.
All workers that shall be working at height above 1.2 meter from ground shall use Safety
Body Harness and attached to an Anchor Point.
