The low productivity of tomatoes in terms of quantity, one of which is influenced
by plant pest organisms, namely whitefly, which is one of the disturbances in tomato plant production from direct damage, indirect damage, and as a virus vector. As a form of prevention, you can use an effective pesticide as a repellent, attractor, and killer of whitefly pests, namely neem leaves. Neem leaves can make insects sterile, interfere with hormone production and insect plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of neem leaf decoction and the optimal concentration against whitefly pests on tomato plants. This research method uses experimental research with neem leaf decoction with 3 concentration variables, including PI (5%), PII (10%), PIII (15%). The results of this study indicate that the phytochemical test of neem leaf decoction (Azadirachtas indica A. Juss) noticed that neem leaves do not contain alkaloids, steroids, but contain flavonoid compounds, triterpenoids, steroids, saponins, tannins, glycosides, and phenols. Meanwhile, to test the effectiveness of the vegetable insecticide decoction of neem leaves (Azadirachtas indica A. Juss) it was classified as effective at a concentration of PIII with a value of 33%, and it can be said to be quite effective than other concentrations of PI, and PII with a value of 21%, and 23%. The positive control group got a value of 44%, which means that it is very effective to use as a vegetable insecticide. Keywords : Neem Leaf, Mortality, Bemisia tabaci, Vegetable Pesticide
