1 PROJECT HSE CRITICAL ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENTS

8.1.1 Site Access
Semua karyawan Kontraktor yang memasuki area proyek di lokasi kerja PT PP Presisi Tbk harus mendapatkan
pelatihan Safety Induction sebelum memasuki area proyek. Untuk pekerja baru dilakukan pemeriksaan medis
MCU dan kelengkapan administrasi personil dengan Perwakilan HSE Kontraktor.
Setelah pemberian pelatihan induction dan verifikasi dokumen personil, Company akan menerbitkan ID Badge/
Mine Permit.
Ketika personel didemobilisasi dari proyek, semua ID Badge/ Mine Permit harus
dikembalikan ke personel gerbang keamanan, atau Departemen HSE. Sebelum pengunjung tiba di lokasi, tuan
rumah bertanggung jawab untuk memberi tahu pengunjung tentang persyaratan APD minimum untuk
memasuki area situs yang relevan dengan kunjungan mereka. Semua karyawan Kontraktor harus memastikan
semua personelnya menghadiri induksi keselamatan yang disetujui.

All Contractor employees entering the project area at the PT PP Presisi Tbk work site must receive Safety
Induction training before entering the project area. For new workers, an MCU medical examination and complete
personnel administration are carried out with the Contractor's HSER Representative.
After giving induction training and verification of personnel documents, the Contractor will issue an ID Badge.
When personnel are demobilized from the project, all ID Badges must be returned to the security gate personnel,
or HSE Department.
Before visitors arrive at the site, it is the host's responsibility to inform visitors of the minimum PPE requirements
for entering the area of the site that is relevant to their visit.
 All Contractor employees must ensure all personnel attend approved safety inductions.

8.1.2 Drug and Alcohol Management

KONTRAKTOR memastikan bahwa Kebijakan Obat dan Alkohol berlaku untuk semua karyawan, subkontraktor,
atau pengunjung di lokasi operasional. Kontraktor berpedoman pada prinsip "zero tolerance" untuk
penyalahgunaan obat-obatan dan alkohol.
Konsumsi alkohol selama jam kerja dilarang sepenuhnya untuk semua aktifitas kerja yang dikendalikan oleh
Kontraktor. Semua karyawan diingatkan bahwa mereka dapat dikenai random check dan screening untuk
penyalahgunaan obat-obatan terlarang dan penyalahgunaan alkohol sewaktu-waktu selama mereka bekerja di
area kerja Kontraktor. Penyalahgunaan obat-obatan terlarang dan konsumsi minuman beralkohol akan
mendapatkan sanksi tegas.
Pemeriksaan awal dilakukan pada saat medical check up pre-employment dan pemeriksaan acak harian akan
dilakukan setiap hari oleh Site Paramedis untuk memastikan kondisi kesehatan pekerja dengan beberapa
kondisi sebagai berikut :
 Pemeriksaan kesehatan bagi pekerja yang melakukan aktivitas berisiko tinggi.
 Random check untuk pekerja di area kerja
Tes Narkoba dan Alkohol akan dilakukan secara acak. Namun, driver , operator dan karyawan dengan aktivitas
berisiko tinggi akan diprioritaskan untuk mengikuti tes.
Program ini dirancang untuk meminimalkan potensi seseorang melakukan pekerjaan di bawah pengaruh obat-
obatan dan/atau alkohol dan memastikan karyawan dan Kontraktor sadar akan bahaya melakukan pekerjaan
tersebut
CONTRACTOR ensures that the Drug and Alcohol Policy applies to all employees, subcontractors or visitors to
operational sites. The contractor is guided by the principle of "zero tolerance" for the abuse of drugs and alcohol.
Consumption of alcohol during working hours is strictly prohibited for all work activities controlled by the
Contractor. All employees are reminded that they may be subject to random checks and screening for drug
abuse and alcohol abuse at any time while they are working in the Contractor's work area. Abuse of illegal drugs
and consumption of alcoholic beverages will receive strict sanctions.
The initial examination is carried out during the pre-employment medical check-up and daily random checks will
be carried out every day by the Paramedic Site to ensure the health condition of workers with the following
conditions:
 Health checks for workers who carry out high-risk activities.
 Random check for workers in the work area
Drug and Alcohol tests will be conducted randomly. However, drivers, operators and employees with high-risk
activities will be prioritized to take the test.
This program is designed to minimize the potential for a person to perform work under the influence of drugs
and/or alcohol and to ensure that employees and Contractors are aware of the dangers of doing such work.
