Posisi Head up adalah posisi
sesudah pemberian oksigen dan posisi head up 30°. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukan
adanya perubahan status hemodinamik menuju normal melalui posisi head up 30°.

Abstract
Stroke is a neurological deficit that has a sudden onset, lasts more than 24 hours and is
caused by cerebrovascular disease. The position of the head up is a flat position with the
head higher 30° with the body position in parallel. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of giving oxygen and head up 30° position on body hemodynamic
status in hemorrhagic stroke patients. The method of scientific writing is descriptive by
using the pre test and post test approach. So the presentation of the data is presented
narratively, which includes blood pressure response, MAP value, heart rate, respiration
rate, oxygen saturation, temperature and awareness before and after giving a 30 ° head up
position. The results of this case study show a change in hemodynamic status to normal
through a 30 ° head up position. The head up 30 ° action can increase cerebral venous
return so that it activates the lymphatic system which functions to drain excess interstitial
fluid and restore it to the blood vessels. The conclusions obtained from this case study
showed that there were significant differences in body hemodynamic status before and
after 30 up head up position.
