Langkah Setting Auto idle stop function :
▪ Masuk menu service, pilih Auto idle stop
function
▪ Setting timer 5 – 60 minute sesuai pilihan.
▪ Lock lever pada posisi LOCK/terkunci
▪ Starting key pada posisi ON
30 detik sebelum settingan engine mati akan
muncul notifikasi Auto idle stop function dan di
hitung mundur menjelang engine mati, jika lever
di Gerakan atau lock lever di posisikan Free
engine tidak jadi mati. Namun jika sampai
hitungan 0 operator tidak bereaksi maka engine
akan mati.

1. Memaksimumkan waktu operasi / produksi
➢ Mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya gangguan atau hambatan pada saat operasi.
➢ Mengetahui kondisi unit yang digunakan untuk menyiapkan suku cadang.
➢ Mengatasi gangguan dengan cepat pada saat operasi.
➢ Memanfaatkan mesin dalam keadaan layak operasi.
➢ Mencegah hal – hal yang membahayakan keselamatan.

1. Level/Top Loading.
Excavator posisinya sama rata dengan Dump Truck.
➢ Posisi Track selalu tegak lurus terhadap lereng searah dengan pergeseran atau
kemajuan lokasi kerja dengan jarak. ± 1,5 meter dan Dump Truck berada dibelakang
Excavator.
➢ Posisi front idler berada didepan, bilamana terjadi keretakan
tanah (longsor) unit cepat digerakkan mundur & berfungsi
sebagai peredam pada saat pengambilan material.
➢ Ketinggian bucket pada saat membuang material ke dalam vessel
DT ± 0.5 meter dan berada ditengah-tengah vessel.
➢ Berilah tanda pengaman atau tanggul agar DT pd saat mundur
menuju ke tempat loading point tidak terjadi benturan dengan
Excavator.
