ANALISIS KOMPREHENSIF ANCAMAN KEAMANAN SIBER DAN

TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN DI INDUSTRI E-COMMERCE

ABSTRACT
With the advancement of technology and the widespread access to the internet, the number of internet
and e-commerce users continues to significantly increase. E-commerce businesses have also swiftly
adapted to meet the evolving market demands. Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have
harnessed e-commerce platforms to sell their products, thereby driving the growth of the online sector's
economy. This research aims to analyze the information system security in e-commerce through a
literature review approach and a qualitative method. In this research design, there are three main stages.
The first stage involves data collection by searching for relevant journals on Google Scholar. Relevant
data includes information about the risks faced by e-commerce users, the role of information security
systems in preventing cyberattacks, and implementable protection tips. The second stage encompasses
data processing and analysis using the literature review method. Literature review aids in understanding
identified security issues and proposed solutions by examining prior research findings. The final stage
involves data analysis from the literature review, which delineates the role of information security systems
in safeguarding e-commerce platforms from cyberattacks. Additionally, this data offers insights into
effective security tips for mitigating existing risks. The results of this research are expected to enhance
understanding of information security systems in e-commerce and provide guidance for e-commerce
business owners, information security system developers, and related stakeholders to bolster security
measures and reduce potential losses stemming from cyberattacks in the e-commerce domain.

INTISARI
Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan akses internet yang semakin meluas, jumlah pengguna internet dan
e-commerce terus meningkat secara signifikan. Bisnis e-commerce juga beradaptasi dengan cepat untuk
memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang terus berkembang. Banyak UKM juga memanfaatkan platform e-
commerce untuk menjual produk mereka, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam sektor online.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keamanan sistem informasi dalam e-commerce melalui
pendekatan studi literatur dan metode kualitatif. Dalam desain penelitian ini, terdapat tiga tahap utama.
Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dengan mencari jurnal yang relevan dari Google Scholar. Data
yang relevan mencakup informasi tentang risiko bagi pengguna e-commerce, peran sistem keamanan
informasi dalam mencegah serangan siber, dan tips perlindungan yang dapat diimplementasikan. Tahap
kedua melibatkan pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode studi literatur. Tinjauan literatur
membantu memahami masalah keamanan yang diidentifikasi dan solusi yang diusulkan. Tahap terakhir

adalah analisis data dari tinjauan literatur yang menggambarkan peran sistem keamanan informasi dalam
melindungi platform e-commerce dari serangan siber dan memberikan wawasan tentang tips keamanan
efektif untuk mengurangi risiko yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemahaman
tentang sistem keamanan informasi di e-commerce serta memberikan panduan bagi pemilik bisnis e-
commerce, pengembang sistem keamanan informasi, dan pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan keamanan
dan mengurangi potensi kerugian akibat serangan siber di dunia e-commerce.
